Gov. Schwarzenegger signed Assembly Bill 183, the Homebuyer Tax Credit
legislation, into law. His actions today are the result of our efforts in
Sacramento over the last several weeks as members and our team in the
capital worked for the bill’s passage before it landed on the governor’s
desk.
AB 183 will provide $20 |

67 of form 1040. to qualify for the credit, you must attach a properly
executed settlement statement to your return.

我的房子是6月底close的, 赶得上那1万刀. 当时卖房子的agent跟我讲, 要好好搞搞
tax, 因为每年给的$3333只能给你owe州里的, 而不是你真正的state tax. 我们有些
将信将疑, 问了些人, 考古了一下,没个确切说法. 后来就把这事儿忘了. 前天在华人
上看到一个mm说就是这么回事, 我又着急了, 觉得可能那不是rumor. 于是算了算这一
年也就剩下4-5个月, 得赶紧把剩下的state tax给exempt了呀. 结果刚才HR的人说只有
2个options, 不可能只让一个tax exempt: (1)要么state和federal的一起exempt,那样
肯定要交federal的罚款; (2)要么state填个99来最小化州税.
我想既然这样古怪, 那么一定有问题. 想问问那些报了CA first homebuyer的xdjm是怎
么做的呢? 你们把state tax给exempt了么? |
