Example: The Reverend is a known Biblical fundamentalist, so her objections
to evolution need not be taken seriously.

Care must be taken to state problems with a person’s argument instead of
attacking the person.

predicate logic, modal logic之类的。
但形式逻辑在现实生活中基本用不上，只能用到很严密的计算、数学和严格限定的推断
。生活中大部分的情形逻辑推导都是和内容相关，而不是仅仅靠一个form就能推出来是
否逻辑cogent。
我们在生活中犯的逻辑错误大部分是非形式逻辑，比如预设隐患未证明的前提(begging
the question)，比如拿人论证事情（ad hominem），比如把缺失证据当成是不成立的
证据（appeal to ignorance），比如只讲差别不讲程度（slippery slope ）等等...
这些逻辑错误如果没有专门训练过，就是一个数学博士也很可能会犯。
Informal logic的内容其实非常多，而且要学好用好需要很谨慎。我觉得中国的中学和
大学教育应该引入这一块内容。 |

络上爱用的一个词是“合理质疑”。其实，碍于中文的语义歧义，对什么是“合理”恐
怕不是一两句能说清楚的。合理是指论据有道理？是最终符合真相？采用的论据是否合
法？质疑者的主观动机？还是表达方式？说不清楚。所以“合理质疑”这句话就是一个
空洞的筐，没有实际意义。对于什么样的质疑是可取的，我觉得有两种规范，一种是法
