(1) Mostly the culprit of 腌制食品 is high salt, which causes high blood
pressure. I wonder if salt can be bleached out by soaking it in water for
hours. My personal experience with corned beef is that it is not so salty if
prepared or cooked this way (with lots of water). I do not cook; so I do
not know whther preparation or cooking in this manner does the treat.

从常识来说激素 是多肽， 多肽加热，通过胃时都会被分解。 实际上我猜想部分可能

肠被吸收， 否则无法解释越来越多人有超肥的四肢 和 臀部 - 他们的状况一看就是
hormone 造成的， hormone 那来的？？？ 当然是生产中来的， 很多人天真的认为
FDA ok 就没事了-实际上 FDA 很多时候都是事后诸葛亮， hormone 这件事上很可能会
是FDA最大丑闻之一。

一些荷尔蒙在美国是禁止的，另外一些是不禁止的，更严重的是，某些抗生素还能起到
荷尔蒙的作用，可以继续搜搜看，比如antibiotics as hormones等。
这些还不带我最熟悉的各类重金属，很多同志就知道野生鱼含汞，其实养殖鱼不但含汞
