1. 10-2003 确诊，07-2004终于手术切除，期间Jobs一直在试自己选的diet疗法。扫描发现癌变在扩大才动了手术，这段时间癌转移的多少不可知，但肯定越拖转移的越多。
2.手术后没化疗和放疗。Jobs 2005年演讲说这表明病情乐观，不知是哪个庸医给他灌输的。2004年手术是大面积切除，部分胰腺和胃和小肠，胆和胆管都切除，目的是要消除扩散，但不系统化疗和放疗怎么能最大程度减少扩散威胁？哪个外科大夫这么信自己的手艺？
3.2009年换肝，这在扩散性癌治疗是有争议的，因为换肝后压制免疫反应有可能促进别处癌的生长。也有可能当时肝已经不行了没办法。
这种癌正常治疗大多数可活10年以上，Jobs真该到东岸Hopkins或Harvard找个靠谱的大夫。

炬。做mouse model就是很容易有这样那样的问题，cre不干净阿，cre的时间不理想阿
，cre插入的位点不知道在那里阿。。等等。 说白了，我觉得这应该是个common
question吧。老鼠不是干细胞或者fibroblast或者或者cancer cell 或者neuron的培养
皿，它本身就是一个大系统，你不可能只touch一个基因的一个功能，而如果看看现在
大家搞的通路，每一个通路都跟其他十好几条pathway连着。 而在mouse model里面，
我觉得最珍贵的一点就是它不“干净”，只有这样我们才能真正理解具体的基因在不同

你做的是不是Brachypodium?还是水稻？都已经有表型了，应该很好做了。
可以从表型分析开始，根据你对project的期望来做。决定生物表型的已经因素并不太
多。最容易着手的是plant hormone。有表型的，hormone多少会有反应。
如果是直接的，恭喜你，你有cns的潜力。间接的，也可能发个小文章。
具体做法无非是首先从生理上确定有没有hormone involvement，然后genetics杂交，
然后做到细胞学的机理。
从表型开始做，需要很多genetics和physiology的经验。
要么从gene本身做起。你已知蛋白是ER膜定位，那就看其在secretion或者protein
trafficking中有没有作用。整个secretion system有很多marker可供细胞学研究。也
可以做parmacological的实验，看看有没有哪个pathway被影响了。下面的手段根据实
验室条件，要是细胞学强，可以多做细胞学，要是生化强，可以做blot。从gene本身开

但中间有些错误，有可能是后来几经修改，或者录入电脑的时候出错的——毕竟那时候

周期最低状态。
再看wsn,一个个不懂穿着，不懂美学，架个啤酒瓶底厚的近视眼镜，以为自己学位高，
社会地位就高，也不看自己的黄皮肤和种族地位，几个月甚至几年都没有女人，血液里
的hormone浓度长期处于极其高的状态。

高中在国内， 有一天， 我妈觉得我的头颈特别粗。 她以为我缺碘， 拼命叫我吃海带
。 。我对海带觉得很不好吃，但还被逼着吃。
直到有一天， 我骑自行车， 骑到一半， 心跳太快， 骑不动了， 倒在路边， 我妈带
我去医院看病。 一查， 甲亢。 碘太多了。
然后吃药。 吃了什么药， 忘了。 吃了三年， 就好了。 其实， 吃了几个月， 就感
觉好了。 后面是maintain。 当时吃药一点副作用都没有。觉得这甲亢不是个big
deal
二十年后， 我自己vacation， 带着我狗儿子去了一次cabo mexico， 顺便在这里推荐
一下我住的cabo resort： one and only palmilla

A federal court ruled on Wednesday that transgender prisoners serving time
must be allowed to continue hormone treatments in Wisconsin prisons.
The Wisconsin legislature passed a law, effective January 2006, which barred
prison doctors from administering or prescribing hormone treatment or
gender reassignment surgery for transgender people while in state custody.
