行，至少省了动土。
当然，水培的另一个好处是，比较利于怕干的植物。有的需要喷雾的种，只要在水瓶上
再套一个透明袋子就能有效保湿，省不少事儿。
还有就是，对喜欢用rooting hormone的同学，水培更容易控制浓度。当然，具体到菠
萝，老汉嚼的,热带的种，本身hormone都挺高的，就不要另外加药了。如果不行，多办

心理低落肯定是很难受的。理性(心理、逻辑)分析没用：我们这帮理工生被训练得什么
都找找深层逻辑，我这个差生都会，你们好生肯定更厉害。你引用的那段英文肯定是文
科生些的，非常有道理，但是没有可操作性，没法分解成1、2、3步可以立刻着手的步
骤。
就像身体吹冷风会发烧，心里低落的根本原因是hypothalamus、pituitary gland这些
Limbic System里的key structures反常工作，释放出了错误的hormones。这和感冒一
样是需要调理的一种生理问题，不完全是心理问题。发烧可以提高身体的免疫力，但是
人很难受；心理低落可以促使人向上，但是也很难受。就是这样。
可以增加有氧活动，因为血液里的氧气可以加快hormones的代谢。比如据说找个人骂一
顿就会心理轻松些 -- 其实不是因为你骂人本身让人发泄(除非你心理变态)，而是激烈
地骂人加快了你氧气的摄入。另外可以多听激烈的好听的音乐，吃营养均衡的可口食物

高中在国内， 有一天， 我妈觉得我的头颈特别粗。 她以为我缺碘， 拼命叫我吃海带

1。防晒：每天都要擦防晒霜
2。饮水； 早起要喝水，但晚上10点后就不要大量饮水了，否则第二天脸会浮肿
3，保持充足的睡眠，一定不要熬夜，防黑眼圈儿
4。中医调理：偶然在中文报纸上看到一则广告；访美退休老中医擅长治脱发、痘痘、
褪斑。本人不不长痘痘、但脸部打过激光去痣后被太阳暴晒过。而后有小斑点长出。
所以看了心动。打电话约了去看了老中医，把脉开药。买了治脱发和搽脸的。
搽面的叫：爱诺思： Avelyns Dispelling acne whitening cream，$15 ／瓶， 中药
搽剂。 它还有去痘液，我没豆豆。所以没买。我用了觉得效果不错。他还给我开了中

说到男性更年期。我虽然在雌激素这个领域作了20年研究，和雄激素相关的研究就少多
了，大约接触过4-5年吧，当时是实验室一个学生的课题和雄激素有关，就读过一些相
关的文献。总起来讲，两者都是steroid这个种类的激素，分子水平上的机制是很相似
的。
男女都有更年期。这是由于身体里雌雄激素水平随年龄变化而出现的生理现象。但男女
有不同：男性的雄激素水平在20多就到了顶峰，然后就慢慢下降；女性的雌激素水平下
降则在45岁前后出现快速下降。所以，这个不同导致的症状就很不一样：男性更年期症
状不明显，女性的就反过来了。所以（加上乳腺癌），针对雌激素的研究就比雄激素的
研究多得多。
其实，仅仅是激素水平下降，补一点不就行了？是，很多症状在补一点激素后就会好转
或消除。这就是当年女性Hormone-replacement-therapy的基本思路。这个流行了几十
年，一直到后来发现更年期后女性乳腺癌和雌激素有关，才在2008（可能有误）前后正
式停止使用。
