明：
ICM2014一小时大会报告共邀请了21位数学家，其中美国10位，法国3位，英国2位，
日本、韩国、瑞士、比利时、加拿大、意大利等国家各1位。
美国10位被邀请做一小时报告的数学家中，有5位是来自俄罗斯和东欧（匈牙利、捷
克）的数学家，目前都在美国一流大学（麻省理工学院、加州大学伯克利分校、普林斯
顿大学等）任职，还有3位分别来自伊朗、法国和英国。有2位在麻省理工学院、加州大
学伯克利分校任教的数学家（Alexei Borodin和Vera Serganova）都毕业于莫斯科大学

在事前与中国正式或非正式讨论军售事宜。他说，美国在通知国会对台军售项目之后，
通过中国驻美大使张业遂告知中国政府这个军售决定，是美中之间关于这次对台军售的
首次接触。

我推荐你看一本很棒的神学书，也说不上是神学，但很容易看，而且可以装13用。
Posmodern Times: A Christian Guide to Contemporary Thought and Culture
在Amonzon上有卖的，此书的第一部分讲了promodern， modern 和postmodern， 以及
这几个时代之间的哲学过渡，好好读读，很有意思。MM信奉天主教，可以把她转晕。
如果再想装的很前卫，Edward Said 的书也可以一用，肯定把MM侃晕。Culture and
Imperialism， 这个书里面，你可以借用其Impererialism的概念，把马克思主义融入
进去，以此可以顺理成章的贩卖你的小将理论。

今天，我非常震惊地发现，1946年《远东国际军事法庭判决书》（International
Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有

在美国，在英文世界，关于中国历史的书成百上千，好一点的大学都有人教授中国史，
有一些最基本的公认的中国历史教科书。最权威的还是剑桥中国史。

法國總統沙柯吉（NicolasSarkozy）向中國尋求奧援，以搶救歐債危機，卻遭到
反對黨領袖一致砲轟。
據彭博報導，法國「星期日報」（Journal du Dimanche）報導，法國社會黨（
Socialist Party）領袖歐布瑞（Martine Aubry）認為：「這令人太震驚了。」
歐布瑞說：「歐洲人向中國尋求資助，暴露出歐洲的弱點。歐洲將如何要求中國
停止低估其貨幣或接受商業互惠協定？」
沙柯吉上週求助中國國家主席胡錦濤，希望中國資助歐洲紓困基金，協助解決歐
債危機。歐盟領袖27日挑燈夜戰，終於就終結歐債危機達成共識後，沙柯吉在數小時之
後旋即向胡錦濤求援。
歐盟峰會達成協議，同意擴大歐洲金融穩定機制（EFSF）規模，加碼至將近1兆
歐元（1.4兆美元），EFSF將會槓桿化最多5倍。
沙柯吉求助中國，反對黨群起攻之，適逢距離法國總統大選還有6個月時間，同
時外界對法國與歐洲的公共債務疑慮日增。
據法國西部報（Ouest-France）昨天公布民調顯示，有1/3的法國人認為，公共
