，California State University等各个大学的Pavement研究和相关研究中心，例如
UCPRC 等。另外主要作Structure和 Geotechnical 相关研究。但最好在简历中提到
Pavement experience，多少要有点。
想进政府工作混清闲，或者今后想做Faculty,想了解政府如何审批管理项目的同志们可
以下手了。这个职位不做具体研究，但会把握今后研究方向：评审Proposal, 和各校教授
Negotiate项目，和管理研究项目。
收入：如果有加州PE一年11.5万左右（明年大涨工资之后），还有Pension，因为最近
政府和工会PECG contact变化，Pension不如以前，大概25年之后拿最高工资70%—100%。
这个位置最少会找两个人。硕士学历即可，虽然不少申请人都是各校PHD.目前申请的人
还比较少，可能因为政府职位空炮内定的多，以前把大家心伤了吧。好在这两个职位是

If it wins, incumbent would win, if it loses, incumbent would lose.

election would change everything about American politics or government, that
