normally they'd do urea breath test, but you have to be off proton pump
inhibitor for that i think, like 2 to 4 weeks free of medications,
you could also check stool antigens but i'm not sure about the details on

choosing the right drug will depend on the specific patient
maybe you can buy some over-the-counter fish oil, and maybe Q10 supplement (

does not necessarily include symptoms like diarrhea. if symptoms get worse
or don't get better in a couple of days, you might consider seeing a doctor
and h.pylori is usually treated with drugs like prilosec (proton pump
