clause。因此和学校是否公立私立无关。关键在宗教上，因为是教会学校，原则上政府
不资助（有时资助课本可以）。宪法制定该条款的目的是政府不过多纠缠与宗教，对公

这里有个很好的文章， 虽然人家研究的是牛排， 但是原理应该适应于所有的肉。
The verdict was
"If you've got the time, salt your meat for at least 40 minutes and up to
overnight before cooking. If you haven't got 40 minutes, it's better to
season immediately before cooking. Cooking the steak anywhere between three
and 40 minutes after salting is the worst way to do it."

，（townhouse本身没有地下室）。condo association答应给修，但是担心他们不好好
修，或一些问题根本修不好，很喜欢这个townhouse，但是我们最多会住5年，所以很担
心卖的时候这些会出问题，买家会不会看到曾经出过这些问题，就直接walk away了？
请大家帮忙看看，多谢了。
