大脑frontal lobe到23岁才定型。Frontal lobe决定了以后problem solving的能力
也管抑制不良情绪, inhibit不良的想法和欲望。
青少年饿太多了，最影响的就是以后随机应变解决问题的能力，和控制自己情绪的能力
