“直言了”童鞋仅从专利文件中的几句话，断章取义，认定此玉米品种为转基因玉米，
未免过于草率。
“直言了”童鞋是查阅了很多资料，提供了很多信息，最后的结论是：先玉335的父本
PH4CV属于转基因（或含有转基因成分）玉米品种。
但是，27页的专利文件中（Patent 6897363）并没有提到该玉米品种（PH4CV）是转基
因玉米品种，而是说这是一个自交的玉米品系（Abstract下第一句话“An inbred
maize line”）。
文中提到“申述辞（摘录）Claims”，“直言了”童鞋显然没有理解“Claims”的意思
，这里应该理解为“权利要求”，而不是“申述辞”。在专利文件中，发明者在介绍发
明背景及发明内容之后，需要陈述专利所要保护的发明者的权利。Claims指的是发明者
要求的权利，而不是对发明的陈述。
这样我们再来看“直言了”童鞋从专利文件中摘录出的几段话。这几段话的主要意思是

而MIR162正是2013年以来被我国口岸检疫部门退运达300万吨的那种污染的转基因
玉米。
美国食品药物管理署(FDA)与美国环境保护署(EPA)对于先正达转基因玉米MIR162“
食用安全性”进行的毒理学动物试验来看，存在4个致命问题：
1)毒理学动物试验用的样品是“假样品”：不是用先正达转基因玉米MIR162玉米粒
做喂养试验，而是用与转基因玉米MIR162毫无关系的天然细菌培养的Vip3Aa蛋白做“样
品”进行试验，然后主管武断，而不是通过客观的科学试验，断言效果相同;

where walls and the floor meet (ants and many insects travel along them),
keeping your pets outside the applied room for a day or so. do this one room
at a time. you probably will find some dead insects here and there after

今天圣诞节，我出去蹓跶来的、爬山。我现在身体素质挺差的，走不了多久就感觉累，
好在全程不长，呼哧带喘地还是走了下来。山里空气很好，有潺潺流水和清脆鸟鸣声，
也令人心情舒畅。这段山路有上坡下坡，对我来说既有些难度又可以达到目的，是很好
的一段选择。感谢hwh提供的信息。

成为为草民后用过专业的园艺公司，后来也自己动手打理。如果你家草坪不是很大大，
要求不是很高（在小区中等偏上），完全可以DIY。这里给各位新买了房子打算自己打
理草坪的人说说我的入门级经验。以下适用于东部地区cool season grasses (KBG,
feacus etc.) 并以新泽西为例。往南往北的可以酌情调整时间。
三月
Spring clean up:春天刚回暖，草地雪化完以后就可以clean up了， 主要就是把枯枝
落叶清一清。
dethatching：如果草坪有些年头了，经年的枯草会结成一层厚厚的thatch，超过0.
5inch就全 不利于根部透气肥料渗透。这就需要用专门的dethatch耙子（Thatching
Rake）把草坪梳一遍，把thatch层打散，并去掉一些枯草。地太大的话最好租电动的拉
着耙子，省时省力。
