续一个星期。

roach killer, you can kill them too but it might be too strong to them and
does more harm to urself.
those sprays can kill the bugs on touch and also can kill them by treatment.
spray a thick mist all over your room and close the window and door for 15
minutes and then ventilate for a day... and you will be okie. treat your room

control，不知道喷了什么，好了两个星期，又被咬了，这回lg抓到数个跳蚤，而且有
个bedroom总有怪味，怀疑是上个租客养宠物没弄干净，又给office打电话，pest
control说又彻底喷一遍，还加喷了insect growth regulator，应该可以起码3个月没
问题。但我跟lg都被咬惨了，我两个小腿上斑斑点点不知猴年马月消得掉，lg更惨，有
两个包化脓了已经肿了一个多星期了。这种情况可以要求office赔偿吗？应该怎么跟他
们negotiate？ |

银行提的第一条没关系，正常。第二条比较恶心。估计你们的价银行很满意，但是怕价
格高了，你拿不到贷款，所以银行想把你们锁定。你要是不愿意，就让agent把第二条
去掉，然后再加上insection contingency，看看银行的态度。

有两个地方不大明白。
第一个是“are you aware of any of the following recorded against the
property？”seller 钩着 unpaid property taxer
想问下，这个房子以后我们买下来，seller如果欠着一些钱，比如unpaid property
tax, unpaid rental tax, HOA...这些会跟我们扯上关系么？
还有一条是“How often is the property serviced or treated for pests,
reptiles, , insects or animals? " Seller 填的是， Name of service provider:
unknown service provider. date of last service: 9-15-2010
这个又是什么意思呢？
