他一些unspecific band的intensity完全不一样，感觉蛋白质不等量。
用的是BCA 测量蛋白的浓度。
同实验室其他的人说是因为本身的细胞有很多死掉的，所以导致即使放入同量的蛋
白，最后WB之后还是发现蛋白量不一样。 |

vibration training-- basically a low-magnitude, high frequency stimulus. You
could equate this to ~walking, standing, low-intensity running. Low
intensity activity is both safer and more anabolic to both soft and hard

另外，美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪，拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的

路里燃烧
这不是一个fair comparison。因为high intensity training，一个特征是post－
burning。
因为high intensity里面，你把肌肉搞到了潜力上限，运动完了，氧债还要还，肌肉疲
劳也要缓解，这些东西，还要继续燃烧热量。增加的肌肉也需要大量ATP来maintain（
这点很多人不知道，就是肌肉静止也耗大量能量）
而low intensity不用。
所以控制卡路里，low intensity吃亏了。
实际生活中，情况不是这么简单的。最大问题就是，如果你fitness level不够，一上
来high intensity就会受伤。

我的个人看法是：首先要搞清楚高血压的原因。是家族遗传问题，还是伴随血糖产生的
，和胰岛素抗性是否有联系，心电图结果如何等。然后才能确定跑步是否有效。假如没
有什么特殊的原因，就是大多数人那样，活动少，饮食没有注意（比如米面特别多），
血脂也高一些，心脏机能弱，那么跑步应该会有一些效果。
有人专门做过这方面的研究，就是跑步是否可以改善高血压：
