饮食偶不懂,就说说你的练习时间,2小时太长了吧,60分钟左右比较合适.
1.看看能否减少rep之间的休息时间,如从1min--30sec,这样对同一块肌肉的刺激也会强
一些.
2.如果时间长是由于要做很多动作,可以考虑每次练力量不必照顾到每一块肌肉,重点选
择几块练也行,这样效果可能会更好
3.蛋白吃得可真够多的,牛人来说说在锻炼当天吃多少合适吧?我觉得早餐或午餐有条件
也吃些水果和蔬菜,忘了在哪里看到了蛋白吃多了,蔬菜水果也要响应多吃,有助于蛋白的代谢
从书上看了一个关于reps的guideline,share一下
High intensity: 6-12 reps. Higher-intensity training poses a greater risk

Aerobit exercises are generally not going to give you significant increases
in muscle size.
So I'd say that a good day of leg work out is still needed. Reduce intensity
if you think you already have strong legs.
For upper back, I think the best workout are pull ups/Lat pull downs. If you
can already do a lot of pull-ups, try to bear some weight.
Lower back, together with leg, can be worked out by doing dead lift and
squat.

了3,4个多月,觉得受益匪浅,平时又喜欢逛论坛学习,就写点心得。10X10休息时间
在90秒-120秒之间,比一般的力量练习时间长点。不过我前几组休息短,后几组休息时
间长。前面几组心跳不会太高,后面心跳不降下来根本做不动。估计我心脏弱了。
crossfit说,力量练习有两指标,一个是intensity,即训练时1rep的重量的%。一个是
周训练量,即总volume。10X10的特点是总volume大,但intensity低。举个例子。
Tinif力量是秒我的。另一个帖子里他深蹲做305X3X10的workout。我250一个rep都起不
来,更不要说3X10的workout了。但算总volume,305X3X10=9150b,115磅X10X10=11500
lb还高点。但反过来,他的intensity远高于我用10X10.3-4rep的重量,大概是1rep的
90%左右吧。10X10用的只是1rep的50%(约等于20rep的重量,不需要测1rep的)。另外

AP的26周计划, 12周是base, 2周taper, 2周赛后休息,剩下就是10周
可能算intense training部分(虽然相对elite根本不算intense),

guns can train at very high intensity but still recover quickly.

"The easy run" or a "recovery run" is simply a run at an easy pace done for
recovery purposes or just simply enjoyment. Most of a beginner’s runs
should be easy runs. These runs improve a runner’s aerobic conditioning.
The intensity of these runs should permit conversing using complete
sentences (60-75% of your maximum heart rate).
"Jogs" usually refer to slow running done to recover between intervals.

我现在每周三次gym,越来越重,越来越struggle,如果还搞interval,真的觉得会暴
毙。
于是直接改非gym day用极低心率乌龟爬超低强度跑一会儿。反正要么就是low
intensity,要么就是High intensity,middle intensity就是垃圾。 |

感情500多页的大书就讲了一个计算MAF的公式……
不过我觉得书里没太讲具体训练问题,而且感觉Dr. Maffetone作为医生,最关心的是
健康,至于比赛成绩什么的都是次要的。
要批判大书的可以读一下人家的总结,缺点说的很到位:
* The 180 formula does NOT take into account individual variations in heart
rate stroke volume or muscle physiology for different sports. Maffetone does
not consider maximum heart rate nor resting heart rate to be significant.
