大多数普通人没做到 medium intensity，也没有 continue 足够的时间，因为懒惰
是人之本性。
而虽然 high intensity 有一定的 high intensity 的风险，最主要是对心脏的
风险，但如果不是对抗性球类运动，又没有漂漂美眉路过的情况，基本一般人不会
做到 95% 的 intensity，80% 常常还打折扣。。。还是懒惰是人之本性。。。
所以书本上的东东拿到实际生活中 apply 一下，除了个别不要命的（这种人也有），
在非对抗性运动中，HIIT 在实际上效果远超 MICT。。。

哎，这两天吃上稍微放松了些，刚才跑完，马上去游泳了一小时，现在回来了。
算是为了这个race准备了一些时间，不过由于是在上个周末才看到course map的，所以
做找感觉还
是在Spring Break之前的这个星期。
简单说说准备吧：每天跑double甚至triple,找race pace的感觉，试了很多pace,5：40
，5：
50，6：00，6：20.等等，我不得不说，这个过程很痛苦，每次跑3-4miles，而且由于

pace都是需要effort的，所以常常不能完全hold住，中间得停，继续跑。这个星期左边
的胫骨上端

我孩子不到三岁，15个月因为发育滞后开始接受EI治疗，18个月时EI机构严重怀疑自闭
，排队几个月后21个月在美国top5的权威儿童医院拿到经典自闭的诊断之后一直接受强
度很大的各种训练。。我不常来逛这个坛子，因为我家孩子让我担心的地方，和这里家
长们通常讨论的东西，根本搭不上边。。大家在讨论怎么推娃，上什么兴趣班的时候，
我担忧的是怎么以后能够让娃生活自理，自立而不拖累这个社会，怎么学会和人交流（
说话都是其次的），奢侈点的想法是，怎么主流化，怎么能够自己有一个somewhat
meaningful的生活，父母离开人世的时候，也能让孩子可以有尊严的活着。我们这样家
庭的种种challenge，不是常人能够理解的，我也从没有奢望过普通父母能体会我们的
痛苦。。。但是看到了最近的热贴，有些id对我们这些可怜的家庭们的各种不太善意的
猜测，非常震惊。当然，也同时看到很多general ed， gifted ed的家长们的同情和爱
心，和让人温暖感动的话，在这里也想替我们这些家庭，谢谢你们的支持。
