碧理论，健身目的的自由泳，完全没有必要游 200 yard non-stop。。。25 yard full
speed Interval Training，健身效果更好也更安全。
而且如果是白肌为主的 ACTN3 没有 mutated 的 53 俱乐部人士，健身游更更应用是
HIIT，而不是长游这种 Medium Intensity Continuous Training (MICT)。。。 |

Low Intensity Endless Training 。。。
不过 HIIT 最好从年轻健康时就开始 。。。 否则心脏如果已经不太给力了的话，要先
看医生检查决定 HIIT 的 Intensity 程度，否则会有风险 。。。 老年人其实只能
LIET 的，不过 LIET 其实也不磨损股关节，MICT 跑半马才磨损。
当然实际上 MICT 对心脏风险，不一定比 HIIT 低，如果要达到同样效果的话 。。。
因为 MICT 在半马快结束时很累，心脏其实也容易过度疲劳 。。。 君不见，每年群众
半马跑步，都要标配救护车急救的 。。。

tell you, the reason that market pays them 60K/yr is because they have to
work during non-conventional hours and their working intensity is high.
Therefore not much people is willing to do that. There is no reason to look
down upon them, if you are willing to work during nights and intensively you
can choose to do that as well. |
