对西方司法的制度公正性，倍感失望
检辫双方都是选容易操纵控制的人（几乎就是 naive 这种人）为优先
硅工硅婆，具有理性思考能力的人，通常被请回去
而很多案子，都在 plea bargain 就解决了
检察官通常对一个普通嫌犯，下重手控告几十条的罪名，要求50年100年的定罪
以此换取嫌犯认罪，例如认其中一条10年的罪
认罪后，不必经过陪审团审判，大家都省事
这结果是，犯大罪的嫌犯，bargain 结果少了应得刑期
但是对于无辜的嫌犯，因为害怕万一被脑残的 jury 定罪，不如认了轻罪，造成冤狱
这是对人权的另类践踏
有人说，jury 有12个人，不会都是脑残
实际上会有少数头脑清楚的人
但是，担任 jury,枯燥无聊，久了谁都想回去正常生活工作

们也不会出来闹。
本来这种种族事件常常就只能靠本族的人出来闹。
最可笑的是接受CNN采访的juror，在本来没有足够证据表明Trayvon真的危害到
Zimmerman性命的情况下，说101%相信Zimmerman枪杀Trayvon是合理的。
我是相信这个案子确实缺少证据。所以不反对Zimmerman没判罪。
如果这案子黑白颠倒，结果就会很不一样，难道不是说明白人也有“复仇”的想法么？ |
