组织）可以对其进行任意的检查，检查不合格就可以随意拘留、惩罚他们。早在1760年
，布尔人当局就规定黑奴外出需持“通行证”，1809年开普殖民地的英国当局也有类似
规定。由于黑白人外貌易于区分，凡是非有组织征发的黑人在城市一出现就是非法，几
乎用不着查证件就可以被拘留遣返，所以那时“通行证”还不重要。
“流动劳工”盛行后，非征发的黑人在城市中越来越多了，“通行证”也就重要起
来，以致到二战以后，它已成为种族隔离制度的最重要标志。南非的这种“通行证”阿

第一次接触美安，那是2000年的5月份。我一个新认识的朋友，有意无意的总是找我去
他们家，作客啦,吃饭啦什么的。当时并没有感觉到他的用意，事后回想起来这个人真
是用心良苦。当时这个人还不会讲，只是笼统的把这些属于美安的产品拿了一大堆出来
，讲来讲去，我终于品出来了，这个不是传销吗！
我对传销素来就没什么好感，在国内我就有所耳闻，尽管没受过骗，上过当，但我
还是渐渐的疏远了我的这个“朋友”。细细体会，原来“天下没有免费的午餐”！真是
至理名言！非亲非故的，人家凭什么白白请你！毕竟交往的背景十分浅显而有限。

一点就是政府要给人民一定的经济保障，换句话说就是要给人民发现金。因为人只有在
解除了温饱的后顾之忧之后才能够解放头脑进行更有价值的活动。当然了他的什么国家
财政靠向大财团征税就纯属扯淡了。不过发现金这一条倒是可以论证一番，而且现在已
经有芬兰政府在做这事了。我们对结果拭目以待。

尚属新兴经济体的中国和八十年代的日本还有差距，中国经济日本化的说法只是一种错
觉。
最近几年，无论坊间还是媒体，都喜爱将当前的中国经济与20世纪80年代末的日本经济
进行比较。“中国经济会陷入日本式衰退吗”、“中国会走日本的老路吗”、“中国是
否会重蹈日本‘失去的20年’的覆辙”……类似的分析文章充斥着中文互联网，它们担
心如果中国不能成功解决影子银行、房地产泡沫等问题，中国经济就将日本化。
很可惜，这些不明就以的分析很快就跑偏了：它们以为当前中国经济可以与80年代末日
本经济相提并论，以及认为日本过去的20多年萎靡不振甚至民不聊生。在解释这两种错
觉前，我们首先要知道20世纪80末90年代初日本经济到底发生了什么。
