是放在laundry room里面，一次装好使用就可以，没有需要注意排水高度或者注水的问题。Laundry room里有注水管和排水管，接好就行了。
烘干机也有的。其实我也没有见过laundry room里面天花板上的洞， 就是看到一个银
色亮亮的一圈一圈的粗筒子伸到天花板里面，然后另一端接在烘干机的。。。。后面吧

题: 鱼鳞. 一是到处飞, 二是怕堵了下水道. 去年感恩节期间homedepot有个fish
cleaning table的deal, 赶紧告诉了鱼友, 等到自己想起来去order的时候却已经OOS了
. 这倒没啥, 因为那个table虽然能解决我蹲在地上杀鱼的问题, 却还是不够实用, 因
为池子太浅了.
这下我的大脑开始转起来了, 没买到嘛, 没事,自己做. 浅嘛, 搞个深的. 啥才 深呢,
最后我锁定了laundry tub. 这个关键有了, 剩下的就好办了. 水龙头我挑了个hose
end的, 一是可以接garden hose, 二是有自己加个喷头的余地.
Laundry tub加水龙头只花了60块钱, 当时有deal. 年底 shutdown在家的时候就把它们
组装起来了, 比fish cleaning table花费少, 还更实用.

I was excited when I saw this on TV, not only because it's a free sample,
but because I've been hoping a company would come out with something like
this. I love my little dishwasher packets, not having to mess with the
liquid itself is worth a little extra money imo. Happy it's now available as
laundry detergent.
Anyway, give them a little info at the website and wait for the sample to
arrive, or opt for a $0.75 coupon to use at the grocery.

福特的bed cover有软硬两类，如果有东西要经常放在后面，建议选择硬的cover。我刚
买了辆F350，说给你参考一下，350的硬cover只有两种选择，我选了最好的那种，把
vin #给dealer，定制和车子喷漆一样的bed cover，大约2周左右制作，加安装费共
2000刀，据dealer说150的便宜一些，估计1200~1500左右吧。这种硬cover是向上打开
，可以上锁，和车身一样颜色，很漂亮，不加的时候，看着就是pick up truck，加上
以后，跟超大型的SUV或family truck类似。
优点很多，缺点只有一条，就是打开时候只有40度，所以车后箱放不了大的东西。我是
拿来当日常commute的车，所以符合要求，你要考虑一下。
另外，还有几种hard cover，一种是三块拼板，也可以上锁，颜色不能定制，可以完全
打开，还有一种是roll up形式，可上锁和完全打开。
另外，bed内防止东西滑动的，amazon上很多，可是只有这款好用，其他的都太弱了。
多买几个，再从店里买几个那种洗衣服的大型塑料box，在后箱门那里放两个，用

绿色黑色的斑斑块块，有些板也变得两边翘翘的了。直到有一天老汗才恍然知道：这
Deck原来还要老汗给洗澡换妆才能提供优质服务！ 赶快去Lowes.com上查了一下资料：
竟然要求经常维修。也没见哪个邻居做过，真坑汗哪！
洗澡要用洗涤剂，Lowes.com上说的是wood stripper and wood brightener， 挺贵的
呢。不过， 几个用过的人留言说这些都可用家用洗涤剂配出，于是就Google出来好多
配方。据说最有效的配方是这个：1/3 cup laundry detergent 加 1 quart liquid
laundry bleach 加1 gallon water。 这Bleach也太多了吧？一查，果真如此：Bleach
可严重妨碍作物生长。老汗心想还是配的弱一些吧，于是找到了这个配方：1½

perimeter drain system，所以
basement总体还是比较干燥的。但他又在laundry room里放了一个抽湿机。这个laudry
room有个窗户，烘干机有个管道通到窗户上。紧挨着laundry room是一个bath room（
不怎么用），再出去就是finished basement。这两天我用kill a watt测了一下这个抽
湿机，设定湿度是60，一天耗电8kwh，水抽了大概1加仑。如此耗电是不是放的位置不
对？应该放到更开放的空间，而不是憋在basement一角的laundry room里？或者把加湿
机每天定时开一段时间？现在我几乎就听不见他的风扇停下来，或者这个加湿器坏了？
每月光这个加湿器就要240kwh可真有点多了！请有经验的指点一下，谢谢！ |

sufficient to kill most bacteria (I said "most" because nothing can kill 100
%). Plus, drying machine provides another step of sterilization when you
choose "high heat" botton.
If you want, you can add bleach/chlorox too, just follow the machine's
prompt to add at the right time with the right amount. Make sure you buy at
the supermarket laundry isle, not all bleach/chlorox are suited for laundry
purpose |

汤米今天没有来，他和我一样，也是组里的SDET。别看他是组里的老鸟，他比我要小好
几岁，UW毕业后就进了MS。他每个星期六雷打不动地要去Pro Club健身2个小时，然后就
是和girls的social time，不过我们重来都没见到过他的那些girls。
因为我们大家都知道never ask what you are doing in your spare time，所以我们
也从来没有问过汤米他的girls在哪里。
汤米学了CS并且进了MS是件很奇怪的事，汤米的父母是虔诚的基督教徒，他们坚信
Computer就是传说中的潘多拉盒子。汤米的父母每星期会都会给汤米打三次电话，电话的
主要内容就是说法汤米quit from MS。
我们大家都很喜欢汤米，他算是我们中间最活跃，最单纯的一个，而且他是我们六个中
唯一每天洗澡，每个星期做laundry的人。我没有干净衣服穿时，就去他的壁橱里找，
每次都不会失望。

发帖数: 1330 | 47 今天早上起床已经是9：30am了，炒了一个蛋炒饭，吃完了差不多10：20左右，然后洗漱,
接着去laundry，回来收拾一下房间，25分钟就过去了，再去laundry dry衣服，顺便出一
趟学校，在lab上了一下网，等到我们的一个undergraduate
mm（我指导的，算是一个ppmm）来做实验，时候已经差不多12：30pm了，赶紧去一趟citi
bank存了check，再取一点cash,去一趟中国餐馆买了午饭，回家顺便去laundry取衣服，
到家差不多1:00pm了，拿上踢球的家伙，去subway做到uptown，然后一哥们接我去queens
一 park踢球顺便去了一趟flushing取机票（年底回国的），到了球场那儿2：30pm，吃了
饭休息一会儿，上场开踢，今儿脚有点不对劲，老是踢不上劲，也就踢了3个小时左右吧
，到了6：30pm左右，搭个顺便车，回到city差不多7：00pm，赶紧烧饭，吃饭，然后洗澡
，接着到实验室，已经9：00pm了，哎，该看书了，不灌了，明天一定要好好学习了 |
