我看过LZ的房子,是在woodland appartment,管理很整洁的小区,LZ所在的building是离
马路最远的,相对别的building更安静, 背后是个高尔夫球场. 那个building的
basement有extra storage和laundry,收拾的很干净,laundry的机器比我们看的另一个
building要新.另外室内的门窗地板什么的好像也比另一个building的新.这个小区的房
子是除铅的,也适合有6岁以下孩子的家庭.在我们最近看的几处房子里我们还满喜欢这
套房子的,只是我们baby要九月出生,犹豫半天还是觉得7月多搬家有点晚所以才pass了. |

2006年$429,000 买进，现在要价$415,000.
这栋condo的优点主要有：

这套公寓房处在Brookline市中心，离Brookline Village地铁站只有半个路口，而且离

detergent的架子上层。
婴儿洗衣服最好用ALL牌或dreft牌的laundry detergent， 不伤皮肤。 zote洗衣皂也
可以用 （不知道sensitive skin baby的衣服能不能用）。

最近几天在craigslist上找房子，上城太贵，基本上在中城找。发了好多邮件给出租房
子的人，回复得不多。从现有回复的
人里来看，有一个在east village的房子看上去还行，地址是avenue c at 4th street
，想请问了解这一带的TX们，这个街
区情况怎样？适合居住吗？
这房子是sublet的，现在租房的人要出去一段时间，是不是需要和他签个lease？
还有最近的laundry有半个block的距离，这种不在同一幢楼里的laundry会不会不太方
便呢？

许多年前刚刚来到美国，美洲华人博物馆是我第一批拜访的博物馆之一。第一次参
观之时，正巧遇到该博物馆共同创办人陈国维教授正在给他的纽约大学生在博物馆内上
课，后来也找了机会到纽约大学拜访陈教授。
由于工作的原因，经常参观美洲华人博物馆，参加博物馆举办的各种活动。前年博
物馆乔迁之前，也曾经访问过当时的馆长，也是博物馆的共同创办人黎重旺。
美国华人博物馆，是美国华人200年移民历史的缩影。
搬迁新址更改馆名
1980年开始创建的博物馆，经过30多年的精心打造，当年的两名创业小伙子，如今
已经人到中年。为了寻找和开设新馆，当年的创建者之一黎重旺特地回到博物馆担任了
5年馆长，直到新的博物馆即将开业，才离职。
2009年6月，美洲华人博物馆乔迁至附近的中央街，并更名为美国华人博物馆。这
次乔迁主要是扩大展览场地，原来位于茂比利街的旧址，还是属于博物馆，成为该馆的
收藏和研究部。
新馆由华裔建筑师林樱女士设计。林樱曾经设计过美国首都华盛顿的越战纪念碑而
享誉建筑界。

normally you only need AC for a few days, not long. I never use AC this year.
The bad apartment complexes do not have individual water meters and you share
the fee with other tenants. That is unfair and you even pay the water bill
for gardening and common laundry rooms. so seems you save $100, Actually you
pay extra money for waster, sewage, trash and laundry coins.
electric $35 should be normal. normally you do not have gas stove here in
apartments. |

我的point就是，我们community东西丢了，除了确认不是大家扔掉的瓶罐，不想说具体
丢的是啥，也因为不是光一类东西在丢,室外的私人物品都有丢失。看到偷东西的背着
背包把偷的东西往里塞，也
进了laundry room了。我
没看到她在 laundry room偷什么塞到背包里，实事求是不乱说。只看到她从laundary
room拿了个衣架想用来打我（拍的照片就是挥舞衣架的照片）。然后看她走回了del
sol。也不是我事儿妈，报警是社区大家一致要求的。
也不是想讨论老人爱不爱捡东西这个topic
请各位就事论事，不做分析推理到底有没有贼到底偷哪儿什么的
只想说请各位注意公共区域的安全，如果有老人新从国内来，请做好科普 |

Ask or pick one of the ID's here to pretend to be the same 40-50 year-old
Chinese lady; carry a backpack; walk in the neighborhood close to Del Sol;
the one which has public laundry room; act suspiciously; and wait for any
enforcer to show up.
Then demand the enforcer to name the things stolen from the "community"
before surrendering the backpack which contains nothing but dirty laundry
of that ID.
Case solved.
