A：Foreclosure房子，比B大30 Sq ft，格局上大下小（楼上面积1142楼下980），楼下
的Living room，Family room，Kitchen，Breakfast area都比B小，楼上的Bedroom都
比较大，其中一个房间比Master Bedroom还大，有个Deck，Laundry在楼下，有单独的
房间，Closet比较大，车库大，520平方。地毯换过，但用的是最Cheap的便宜货，里面
什么都没有，窗帘窗架，Tub上的那个挂浴帘的杆子都没有。房子不知道为什么显得比
较暗。
B：比A新两年，2 storey Foyer，楼下大，Family Room被前房主扩过，用的Laminate
的地板，看上去很漂亮，房子整体感觉很亮堂，有Fence，缺点是Closet不如A大，
Laundry room在楼上，只有两个机器那么大，车库400平方，最大的问题是在马路边儿
上，门前是这一排房子住户过车的路，一个车道宽，然后外边有一个Sidewalk，

behind the garage. It does not have high ceiling, it is just back side of
garage roof (and it has flat ceiling)
I checked another house we looked, which has similar floor plan. The county
record for that house exclusively list out this bathroom and laundry, and
only counts the area once. But for the house I am buying, this area is
included in the main living area and counted twice.

电扇分开控制。laundry sink可有可无，除非laundry room很大也有多的钱，这个不怎
么增加resale value。 |

我希望laundry room离master bathroom比较近， 免得要拖着一大筐衣服跑来跑去。。
。你这样设计是要横穿整个房子？
二楼也需要laundry room，免得抱着好多衣服被套啥的上下楼梯。 尤其是二楼如果住
小孩的话我想要洗的东西肯定很多。。。
车库进来最好和厨房比较近， 这样菜放到冰箱比较容易。
二楼也要一个区域放吃的， 免得想吃零食了还要跑到一楼去。
exercise room边上最好有厕所和衣橱， 方便洗澡换衣服。
master bedroom和closet连一起，好方便拿衣服。
客人来时用的区域和自己平时常用区域分开， 这样平时只要整理清洁一小块地方。
恩， 我是懒人。。。

方法一：晾衣架：http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com
Cleaning > Laundry > Drying Racks
好处是想摆哪儿摆哪儿，可以阴干可以晒。放院子里车库里都行。
如果不滴水了，还可以放在房间里加湿空气。
方法二：在浴缸上面加一个膨胀杆，（我没试过，想来doable），
这样可以滴水晾干，不怕搞湿地面。当然高度要够，不然洗澡就不方便了。
方法三：很多房子的laundry里面有built-in的架子。

You don't want your swimming pool smell like laundry.
On TFP, a lot of people buy bleach from walmart for
pool purpose. It has been done for ages. It even has
a name for this method, call BBB. One of the B stand
for bleach.
I got to pool guys, which with web coupon(print from
their website). I get 12% chlorine buy one get one free.
That is $19.5 after tax for 8 Gallons, have to buy 8 gallon

distric(elementary schoolm Junior high and high school all 10, high school
is rank 12 in our state), good community, North-South, flat and good size
back yard, living and dinning connected(I don't like living and dinning
seperate), 3 car garage, large master bathroom, 9 ft ceiling in first floor,
full basement with rough-in, new roof in 2009
