上周四被追尾了，当时下午6点左右，天气晴朗，在开车回家，前方红灯，我已经停下
，并踩着刹车，后面那车没有减速，直接撞上来了，估计车速40 mile以上，然后我又
撞了前面2辆，警察只给了最后一辆车ticket。
人还好，左胳膊被气囊擦伤，其他地方小疼，去医院检查了，没有大事，但这两天天天
晚上做恶梦。顺便吐槽美帝emergency room，两个5-min tests，我等了5个多小时！！！
我在Miami, FL, 去年圣诞买的12年Nissan Rogue SV，新车，对方保险公司是state
farm，打电话跟我说your car may not be repairable. 想请问下大家这种情况保险公
司是怎么对车估价的？再就是这种情况是否有必要找lawyer出面协调？

. see the following:
I cannot confirm whether it is your H-1B case that is pending with just a
receipt number. When you enter a receipt number into the USCIS system, it
will tell you whether the case is pending or not but it will not tell you
who the petitioner or beneficiary is for the case. As I have said, as soon
as we hear anything from USCIS, we will be sure to let you know. |

粹个人见解，欢迎批评指正。
lawyer, inspector和broker啊，全都是report给你的team member。
他同时也是在project前期帮你做market争取funding的人。但是这个人选可以说非常重
要也可以说无足轻重，如果你很有经验很有时间自己完全可以胜任这个工作，可以1）
不要buyer agent，2）随
全更新的房子信息，愿意花时间帮你同时约好三五家拿好keycode一起看，可以充分利
用他的关系网做些你心有余而力不足的事情。不利的地方当然也有，跟seller之间的每
一个回合都要多走一、两层，容易lost一些信息，有时候甚
家办公室瞧瞧，顺便看看他墙上挂的是哪个区的地图，就着地图顺着往下问，主要考查
他们的工作态度以及他们对房市、学区、小区、房型、当前流行趋势等各方面的看法，
相当于免费有人给你讲解上
