发帖数: 212 | 1 我住的Condo 楼下的 ceiling 前一个月时间漏水，我住在她的楼上。他们觉得有可能
是从我的DISH DRYER 漏下去的，因为我几乎从来没有用过，住在这里15多年，从以前
的一个物主那里买下来。大概用过的一次是在至少6年之前。因为我觉得不可能是因为
我的原因，所以，我就让ASSOCIATION 来检查了。
ASSOCIATION 指派的人打开DRYER下面，发现有木质的水迹，已经干了的，他就说说明
漏过，有可能从这里漏下去。又说，边上的SINK 上也有水迹，有可能从缝隙里漏下去
。这个简直是没有道理。
DRYER 的水迹根本不足以引起滴穿下面的CEILING，再说我几乎没有用过，这个水迹已
经干了，是已经很久了。SINK上面怎么可能没有水？也不可能漏水，因为我在缝隙之间
都用CORDING, 胶水是的东西封住的。即使有点水滴，也不至于把下面的CEILING 滴穿
吧。
接下去,ASSOCIATION 要把下面的CEILING 打开，说如果发现是楼上漏水，就要我赔。
我觉得这件事搞复杂了，到时候是怎么样都是他们说了算，我也不懂。
请问，

peogram accept me but when they do the transfer last week, they found it is
different J1 type , so impossible to do the transfer....

我是DREXEL新闻系毕业的刘庆，现居陕西咸阳。我从来没牵过男孩子手，从来没KISS过

the problem is I do nothing why 认罪协议降为misdemeanor.
the DA have no evidence, they won't win.
the reason I find a lawyer is to totally drop the case, not even a
misdemeanor.
送anger control学习班。it cost more than 1k, 52 class, 3 hr per one class,
every week.
一次这种事件不会影响移民。I'm a citizen. |

escrow company需要一个form 51才能退earnest money. Form 51需要我们（buyer）和
seller的签字。现在seller不肯签form 51，而且还要把earnest money要过去。
我们现在考虑打官司，请推荐这方面可靠的lawyer。或者还有什么办法可以找escrow
