昨天能够自己扶着走70多米，而且可以自己大小便后擦，意识很清醒，能够写字交谈，
独立进食，除了还插着呼吸管，其他用医院的话说就是奇迹，昨天晚上朋友的妈妈和哥
哥10点钟离开医院的时候她父亲一切都很好。结果今天早上打电话给我们说是可能自己
拔掉了呼吸管，最后抢救无效去世。从各方面的信息判断，我们相信是由于医院护理疏
忽所致。明日医院将同家属开会通报事情经过。
我们现在急需哪位好心人可以推荐好的 medical malpractice lawyer. 最好今天就能
consult. 我在加州 bay area.

You have to depend on yourself and should dig out your stuff. As to my
experience, the major thing lawyer can do is to write PL and touch up RL.
They can point direction too if don't know too much. You have to do most
work by yourself. |

My lawyer said if I want to appeal, I need to pay him 1500 legal fee.
I already paid him 4500 for I-140 plus 1500 for RFE response.
And they had some unprofessional conducts:
1) It took them 1.5 years to get my case ready (They wouldn't do anything
unless I sent them multiple emails to push)
2) They usually responded to my email within 4 to 7 days.
3) And my RFE response deadline was Nov. 24 (TG day). Despite that I told
