月份时懵懵懂懂开始打2－5，到后来又懵懵懂懂把自己辛辛苦苦积攒的BR火速输光后，
从6月份开始我也就是一个月打几次，成绩也不是很理想，输输赢赢的，总的大概是
even或小输吧，反正我也好久没记log了。九月份开始我几乎就没去玩了，当时准备全
身心投入到申请学校中，想着一个月就够了，谁知折腾到十一月底才弄完。感恩节期间
去了vegas，刚开始进展还不错，到第三天时已经UP 2700，谁知第四个晚上在威尼斯人
和一个女的较劲，结果严重on tilt，把我的赢的和带来的本钱一晚全输给那女的了。
输完之后只能提早回凤凰城了，还好后来在这边把钱赢回来了。
Anyway,自从我把申请学校的事忙完后，我现在基本就是上班和打牌了。现在3－5上倒
也没说很稳定的赢钱，但自己感觉还是慢慢在提高和进步，然后战绩也慢慢开始变好了
。打了3－5这么久，真是什么牌都见过，什么大pot大swing都经历过了。俺有拿着8
high在river上call别人的100刀bet的，最后赢了的 （我就想着她是5 7），所以我的8

powder是指粉的texture，是散的，粉饼也是粉状foundation，只不过texture是pack起
来的散粉，不会从container里面掉出来。。。用loose powder还是用compact powder
是personal preference。我个人觉得粉饼用起来更方便，不过对质量要求更高，质量
稍有不好不容易上均匀，因为你拿着绵扑在往脸上抹粉的时候，同时容易把已经抹上去
的抹下来。。。质量好的不会，但这个问题不怎么出现在loose powder上。粉底，散粉
，粉饼，都是用来调整肤色的。一天下来皮肤爱出油的地方粉底会被汗洗掉，补妆时一
般用粉饼，方便。
定装粉，setting powder，是在所有妆（可能睫毛膏之前吧）之后上的粉，这个粉特别
特别细，往往上色是透明的，有些也带一点点shimmer。这个粉不是调整肤色的，就是
在所有腮红啊眼影啊highlight啊全部上完之后，再用setting powder扫一遍，fill in

It was a Mountaineer's scramble trip. Our original destination was West

别人的车了，实在是晕。星期六早上6点整在Silver star的起点（mile 166)准时ready
to go。Ed问我为啥来这个climb，我老老实实地说因为我连这个山的名字都没听说过
，在summitpost和我们club的网站上都查不到任何信息，所以我喜欢；越没人爬、越稀
奇古怪的我越喜欢… 在路边就能看到那一溜犬牙形状的山脊了，从Silver star到Big
Snagtooth。一出发就是一小段boulder上的下坡，有点trail吧，从一棵倒下的树杆上
过河以后，就跟trail说再见了。Silver star好歹在小树林里还是有trail的，这个是
彻彻底底什么也没有的，no trail no mark，就靠一个140的bearing穿小树林。有些地
方树稀松一些还可以脚踏实地的走；有些地方植被太密集了，根本看不见较小的路，只
能深一脚浅一脚踩到谁算谁…
进了小树林以后，就不太看得到上面的那条山脊了。我们主要就是按照140的bearing往

的挺对的，我觉得如果掌握不好，AJ loose call会输掉很对。
就是有一句话： “To loose 3-bet caller, we loose our 3-bet range for value"
。这点我不太明白，是应该loose还是tight啊？

发帖数: 1128 | 41 这个周末跑去玩了两天的live poker, 算是好好满足了一下我的POKER瘾。战绩还不错
。发现table dynamic 很重要，它决定了你能不能enjoy到玩poker这个过程，倒不是说
能不能赢钱的问题。前天晚上有一段时间竟然整个桌上都是tight得不得了的人，raise
个13$所有人都fold,害得我都不知道怎么玩了，感觉完全限制了像我这种aggressive的
人的发挥，然后又没一个人说话，简直是BORING到了极点，忍无可忍之后，要求换桌子
。就在快要换的时候，来了一对双胞胎兄弟，大概有40岁左右，两个人是从小吵到大那
种，一来桌上就开吵起来，那个弟弟老是指责那个哥哥这玩得不好那玩得不好，他自己
就是那种我有史以来见过最TIGHT最BORING的，相对来说，我更喜欢那个哥哥的玩法，
而且人也比较活泼，anyway,他们一吵起来倒把整个桌上气氛给带动起来了，都把我们
给逗乐了。这个时候大家开始都互相聊起天来了，虽然还是没什么ACTION，但至少没那
么BORING。后来我也不想换TABLE了，因为大家都聊得很开心。所以感觉玩POKER不一定

发帖数: 1621 | 44 我现在打牌基本上像白开水，没什么上上下下的，打得比较稳，所以也没什么好讲的。
周末 Foxwoods 给了一个房间, 所以就去了玩了两天。头一天玩了几个小时 2/5，没什
么大 pot ，比较 standard, 用什么牌赢的都忘了，结果 up 600- 走人。
晚上吃完 buffet，想去 poker room 再玩会儿时间，赢钱了就怕把钱输回去，就打 1/
2 算了，1/2 的人水平比较次，波动也比较小，赢不了大钱也不会输大钱。
一路上碰到几个白妞，穿着曝露，一看就是去开 party。看到赌场里白妞去开 party
的时候大把，不过要么脸长的像猪，要么身材像猪。今天看到的几个倒是要身材有身材
，要脸蛋有脸蛋。旁边男的却都是老黑。哥咽下口水，f**k, 这辈子泡漂亮白妞就算了
，哥是只能拿好人卡，当好男人了。等哥下辈子投胎当风流男，要当瓜瓜，宗瑞，冠希
，要泡好多好多妞，白妞，亚妞，棕妞，好多好多好多好多。。。

1.“如果是heads up的局，不cbet是没有理由的。为什么这么说呢，如果utg是AX，他
怕你有K，所以要bet看你有没有，且要get value，如果他是QQ,JJ或者其他对子，也还
是要BET， 看你有没有A或者更好的牌，如果是air，更加要bet，都已经投入那么多钱
了，怎么能这样就check fold掉呢？毕竟只有两个人在打，bet是很容易把另外一个人
弄出去的。这也是你bet的理由啊，因为你觉得他没有，所以你bet表示你有，那么他就
走了。一样的道理别人其实也懂，别人不会白白把这种机会让给你的。所以他flop
check机会可以确定他有很具有价值的牌了。”
按我的理解，你对cbet的总体意思就是：有marginal hands和air都要cbet,如果不cbet
,肯定是good hands or monster。
如果真这样打的话，你一旦cbet,我就会raise,你一旦check,我就check and fold
later。

发帖数: 6301 | 47 青虫的打法，所谓超loose的打法，不停地raise，3bet，谈谈这种打法的缺点。
第一个缺点是variance太大。升级时bankroll可能不够,(技术够了钱不够）。
我自己的体会，这种打法差不多需要正常打法3倍的bankroll。所以升级困难的多。
第二个缺点，是太loose本身就是个tell。这个tell在低level上的对手可能没法利用。
但到了高水平的级别，你太loose立刻会被别人反击，会被exploit。
比如说你很loose，别人对你就会变得donk很多。然后你就变化，用premium hands来对
付donk。但问题是这个过程是会被察觉的。也就是这个变化过程有tell。
你原来老是raise，现在突然老check，老fold，别人就能猜到你在等好牌。
所以你bluff的频率，不应该和你平均拿到好牌的频率差的太远。否则就是tell。
其实poker就是一个抓别人tell，和不让别人抓自己tell的game。 |

补充两点：
1.几条BR不够时的建议里：
2）tight aggressive is right. aggressive还是不能丢，否则一个反例就是你举的和
运气好的土豪相抗衡的例子。这也和你的第四点“做好输的心理准备”联系起来了。
5）hit and run, and lose and run.每次赢了hit and run,但有一次输了不走的话，
可以把前面很多次hit and run的赢利清空，甚至账户清空。
2.“当前session的总买入和session盈利之间的关系”其实是很重要的一个money
effect. 虽然你可以承受目前BR的variance,但输总会对心理和打法造成影响。作为
live业余玩家，一般输了2个全买入了，应该就有影响了。Online业余玩家如果同时4桌
，打的时候断断续续输2个全买入可能感觉不出，但输了5个肯定有感觉了。这时一般玩
家的反应就是变的比原来loose，loose aggressive也好，loose passive也好,但总是
不由自主的变的loose起来。 |
