, remove that ceramic patch if it is not glued on. leave the RF shield alone
. Examine the push button, look at the back to see if the joints are

今天先说说外用吧。。
说点我平时化妆的步骤：
TONER+ ESSENCE+LOTION+ UV PROTECTOR+ LOOSE POWDER
今天想种点复方精油和防晒的草。。。因为一直很注意防晒： 通常普遍大家觉得防晒是防黑，其实不完全是，正确选用UVA,UVB防晒可以有效防止衰老。效果大于使用眼霜。当然眼霜还是需要使用。。。晚上出门是SPF 40. SPF30以下的基本不用，LOTION带防晒的不用。那简直就是隔靴搔痒。而且带防晒的LOTION和很多产品混合使用之后容易起反应。就是你们常常遇见起条的现象。。。。

为了节省银子，找了一个mobile mechanic（个人）修车，更换valve cover gasketz（因为
oil leak，修车铺诊断的），同时帮着换来机油（我自己买的机油和oil filter），这个
mechanic的人工报价也就是修车铺的一半多一点点。但是更换完了后（修车的过程中我不在现
场），取车的时候发现车子出了新问题，一个是check engine light 亮，后来读了code是
P0102，解释是massive air flow circuit input low；另外一个问题更严重，症状是车子
的档位一拉到D档，车子就感觉抖一下，叫jerk或者jolt。拉动到别的档位就没问题，然后在开车的
时候，车子也偶尔会突然抖一下，和在D档的那个抖感觉是一样的，开车的过程中出现这个现象感觉很

Usms上的姑娘推荐泳衣买小两个号。这样比较紧，游速也会提高。我按size chart是30
号，往小买城28号现在每个来回的stroke数都变少了... 但是如果你的torso很长就按
自己的身材买吧。
