如下:
The latch for the rear gate is loose and should be secured.
The chimney cap is showing signs of rusting. Need to be covered with a rust
retardant coating.
The outlet on the front exterior wall is wired backwards. Need to be fixed.
Many outlets in the home show signs of loose wire connection. Need to be

Depending how often you use them and how you treat your tools (some people
loose them before they are worn out)
I'd go with dewalt if you use more often and don't loose them. Better bits
last longer and don't strip the screws.

不从外面打洞 从里面打洞吹也行 至少 MA的codes是允许的 不过 16"OC一个洞 不一定
比拆了dry wall上batt便宜
真正的问题是 一般uninsulated wall通常也没在里面装vapor barrier. 装faced batt
的时候,可以把 vapor barrier补上.吹loose fill就不好办了。没有vapor barrier的
话，室内的湿热空气往外渗透时，会随温度降低冷凝下来。Loose fill受潮后settle
down会快的多，这样实际的R-rating会低很多。 |

发帖数: 330 | 20 Water heater前段时间叫plumber来修了一下loose的flue pipe.。就是water heater上
方的白管子。plumber割掉一小段松了的pipe,换上新的。说弄好了，不会有CO漏出来了
。这个loose flue pipe的问题是inspection时发现的。我们刚搬进这个房一个月。
现在的问题是water heater运行时老发出里面有异物撞击的声音，很象烘干机烘干衣服
时衣服在里面抛来抛去的声音。声音不小，我们在楼上都能听到。我pretty sure这个
声音在plumber修管子之前是没有的。打电话给plumber,他让我们把water heater的温
度调低点。我们调了，好像管用了一个晚上，第二天又有声音了。plumber说也许是
sediment的问题。可是这个噪音我很sure是修完管子后才有的。但是声音从tank里出来
，好像跟上面的pipe又没什么关系。
大家帮忙分析一下。需不需要找professional来看一下。
房子还没warm up,修理费倒是掏了不少。pain啊。 |

复修还是不修，还是给credit
还指望查出点毛病要credit呢； 结果inspector去验房时一个劲的说这个房子真好啊，
保养的真不错啊，加了不少upgrade，crawl space是最近看到最好的，之类的话 （
Inspector是realtor推荐的是不是都这样啊；没办法review好的都不能马上约到，只有
这个关系户第二天就能约到
）

长大一点点，不好打包了就上woombie或者miracle blank，看宝宝喜欢哪个，所以一样
屯了一条，但是都是中号的
问题是，在医院的时候护士告诉我们回家之后不可以用aden+anais这种loose的blanket
晚上打包，怕如果动散了会引起窒息。我们问可以用什么她就说市面上很多不是这种
loose的blanket都可以用。
我现在的困惑是大家都给自己的newborn用的什么呢？（aden+anais不行么？）
我需要现在马上入woombie的小号么？（我家宝宝如果打包太复杂的话哭醒了就很难再

DIARRHEA呢。只是因为我们家的刚上奶粉，所以我也不知道是不是奶粉的原因。我感觉
就是臭点，好像质地和以前光吃母乳真还差不多，就是奇臭无比，我当妈的都要吐了，
真可怜幼儿园那些老师。他一方面长牙，一方面感冒断续还在流一点鼻涕和咳嗽阶段，
所以也估计不太想吃东西吧，吃奶可能SOOTHING一些吧，不忍心停奶呢，这个小家伙会
哼唧死的，不过是可以试试看的，他是吃货，他超级饿得时候肯定要吃辅食的。我那天
给他超级饿的时候喂SIPPY CUP，他3次就接受了，以前喂怎么也不接受，这家伙接受新
东西真快啊，辅食也是，以前是啥都吃的，不生病胃口好多时候。
LOOSE STOOL 还有一个原因可能也是口水好像，WHAT TO EXPECT上写的。他最近口水巨
多，床单都一片片的湿，一看还以为是尿或者汗，他是汗也多，都分不清楚的。 |

it unless you see a bubble on the gum(abcess) or the tooth hurting the child
. I don't know how loose the tooth is. If it's very loose, it might fall off

其实我觉得关键问题，可能是掌握好 zone of proximal development 的 zone 设置在
哪里的问题。
这个其实也可以是 proximal target / objective zone。。。比如设三个目标太

去年九月的第一个周末爬了Mt.Lindsey（class 2+）。那天天气很好，但是山顶积了很
多薄雪。Sangre de Cristo的很多Peaks都是碎石遍布，雪深深浅浅覆盖本来就loose的
石头。我那天就觉得手没地方抓，脚也不知道踩稳了没，总之各种心惊胆战。
今年八月爬了Long's （class 3），感觉轻松愉快， 比Lindsey简单多了。所以说
light snow+loose rocks至少把难度加了一级。

从South Colony Lake回来，觉得今夏的爬山计划已基本完成，准备专心看奥运了。正
当中美金牌大战进行得如火如荼的时候，好久不联系的山友W忽然给我发了条短信，说
他所有class 4的14er里只剩一个Little Bear了，找不到人同去，问我有没有胆子舍命
陪君子。
看到短信我愣了许久，Little Bear，Little Bear……这个绕不过去的家伙，终于还是
来了。两年前，曾和我一起爬过山的小朋友Kevin Hayne在Little Bear不幸遇难。

每年都会有几个人在爬14er的时候挂掉，大家已经习以为常了。但发生在自己认识的人
