1. Loose all other nuts on the same wheel to reduce the pressure on this
broken nut.
2. Add WD-40 or other stronger liquid wrench on the broken nut.
3. Try to turn the broken nut counter clockwise with a pair of pliers.
4. If it doesn't work, try to cut a slit on the cylinder of the broken nut
with a Dremel drill. Insert a piece of flat metal into the slit, and turn it
with a pair of pliers.
5. If it still doesn't work, drill away the stud with a drill bit at the

back to garage again.
A question for advice 1: I think tighten up the rest of the nuts might help
to get the broken nut off since the cause of the broken nut was a stupid
clockwise turn...
I will try to drill some nick on the broken nut, but broken nut does not
have a perfect surface for drilling when it broke.
You must be a pro in car repair.

taking off the good nuts, I pulled the wheel cover off by using a little bit
of muscle.Then it was easy to reach. My suggestion is do not try the drill
thing, unless you have a so powerful drill and bits. Good luck!

手，结果不行。
后来用铁锥子把那剩下的一段硬硬凿碎了，换了新的螺帽，没charge钱。

time to time and avoid lugging the engine. It is actually helpful to rev up

日本车设计简单，设计简单的东西不容易坏。日本车的PARTS能cheap的就cheap，节缩
成本，但日本的精明在于不会节缩普通消费者能看到的东西，而是一些藏着的PARTS，
美国车设计就没有那么精明。
举个简单例子，从WHEEL LUG的拧紧的torque要求你就大概能看出为什么日本车的轮子
不需要拧那么紧，因为它小一些，或是轻一些，brake rotor也薄一些，轻一些 -- 普
通消费者谁会注意。
在说悬挂系统更是如此，看看control arm suspension arm，你就明显看出日车用料这
省。
电路系统大家都认为美国车故障多，如果你研究过电路图，你就会发现为什么故障多 -
- 因为设计上电路元件美车比同档日车复杂的多。

what you are experiencing is call "warping"
What gumtx mean is:
you need to tight lug nuts evenly. tight nuts in a star pattern and
gradually. (star partten if your have 5 bolts, and cross pattern if you have
4 bolts.)
one cause for warping is that you tighten one nut fully tight first and
then move to the next one.
warping can also be caused by worn disc. did you only change the pad but
not the disc?

不要半桶水的在这瞎晃了，换刹车片后如果没有pump的话，那就不是刹车软的问题，那
是压根就没有刹
车，必须提醒的是这样的结果很危险，不过我百分百相信楼主的问题不是这样的。
rotor warp怎么会产生奇怪的声音？warp 会让你在刹车时感觉刹车踏板抖动，就像ABS
启动了一样
的感觉，但是不会有怪音的，要帮人修车还是要多动动脑筋。
还有rotor warp的原因跟材料有关，还有跟你安装轮胎的方式也有关，lug nut 拧得力
