第二：虽然没有像奥巴马健保那样强制买健保，但是也是连哄带骗：买了给你点tax
credit，不买的话再想买的时候会更贵30%。
第三：继续保留medicaid expansion,允许得了病再去买保险（这算什么保险？算福利
更贴切)，26岁以下都可以跟父母一起买。
就以上这三点看，软泡的这个法案就是奥巴马lite，保费和deductable不会便宜。但是
对于中产阶级来说可能更糟。因为软泡和老床为了提振经济，把企业的mandate取消了
。雇主不用负责员工的保险，这个雇主省了大钱，但是员工可要自己掏腰包了。所以到
时候中产不但要养大批奥巴马生产的龙虾，还要替雇主省钱了。这个健保法案也完全没
有提不给非移福利的条款，意思就是我们要继续养劳模和缠头。所以我说中产准备好继
续挣扎。
我感觉老床和GOP在赌一把：取消企业的mandate虽然等于给中产背后再插一刀，但是如
果捅这一刀再加上减税能把企业养肥，让企业做大做强提振经济，能把大批想工组但是
