在山东即墨地区，他估计农村因饥饿死掉了10%左右，一些头脑灵活的人乘火车（客车
和货车）逃亡到东北得以活命。这个月经贴上个月就大幅讨论过，很多人还给家里打电

俺的建议是要循序渐进，不要一下子 往全民医保上面跳。
而是应该reform medicaid, 把没有医保的，付不起前的， 尽量都拉到medicaid里面，
这样medicaid就不够花了，然后把medicaid的税提上去，这样的自然而然就实现了所谓
的mandate.
目前美国这个问题最大的漏洞就是不买保险的人看急诊也要国家都要负担。这个问题中
国解决得比较好。没有医保的，付不起费用的，医院直接就把你赶出来。毋庸置疑，这
方面中国的政策比美国更先进更有效。 |
