Generally, the process is similar to the other post mentioned, Dr. Wing
spent about 30 minutes with me to conduct a formal interview via skype. Then

俺也不是否认Dr.Wing的水平，关键问题是，skype mock interview的效果如何？从俺
以前CS经历来看，skype效果远差于去new jersy上辅导班，因为CS或者interview更强
调人与人互动交流，更看重你现场的行为举止，俺嚼着skype上辅导效果似乎很有限，
有点浪费大家时间和金钱，更好的是Dr.Wing能举办培训班。 |

The process is similar to what other posts mentioned. Dr. Wing

Overall, I think they all have good package. Here is what I learned:
1. English language is generally not a problem.
2. LORs are very important for an applicants to learn your strength so you
can speak out during the interview - unfortunately many people waived their
right to see the letter
3. I am surprised to find out most people don't know what are their true

attending。她提问的几个challenge question都使我处在想回答，但无法好好回答的
边缘。哈哈，她不是一个“nice interviewer”。但是mock interview结束之后，她的
总结和建议让我觉得interview真的是一件很有意思的事情。无论是多么不容易回答的
问题，都是可以找到一个相对合理的解释的，讲问题的时候要有理有据有逻辑。我很惊
叹她敏捷的反应和精妙的回答，Workshop后看之前很多难题也不觉得有多难了，呵呵。
最后希望Dr. Wing的学生都能好运，找到心仪的位置！ |

以指出自己没有发掘的闪光点和被自己忽视的reg flag. 我就不罗嗦了。补充一个就是
当我被问到对自己不利的问题时，我这个直脑筋彻底地傻了眼，直接进入目瞪口呆状态
，好不容易回过神，勉勉强强像挤牙膏一样挤出几句自己听着都难受的话后，恨不得找
个地缝钻进去。。。。后来Dr. Wing指出我的相关的优点时，我才恍然大悟，原来还可以
这样说，@o@。非常感谢Dr.Wing的input。 |

发帖数: 234 | 29 一个小时的skype先是10-20分钟的模拟面试，Dr. Wing会根据你给的一个要去面试的
program的官网信息给针对性的提问。后面大半部分的时间是根据你对每一个问题的回
答给分析，建议。她有时候会进一步问问我的情况，而不是帮我“编”答案，所以经过
几个Q&A以后，个性化的答案就自然而然的产生了，当然也是Dr. Wing把关以后的回答
，所以我感觉也比较放心。
我自己现在准备面试，看有关面试的书，也参加了澜静老师的班，也有参加skype小组
练习，当然还有读我们医版精华区前辈们留下的好帖子。每个准备的方法手段都有各自
的优势和不同的角度。我个人觉得Dr. Wing的mock interview对我很有帮助。就好像我
复习CS考试，有两个online tutors跟我练习了一段时间，给我相对专业的指导，最后
告诉我ready for the exam，那就是我的强心针。当然光有这些，自己不下功夫是不行

asked me the most common questions during the interview, and then she helped
me to analyze the good and bad sides of my answers for each question. She
can look things in a different light and help me to modify the answers for
my specific case.
I would say Dr. Wing is very smart and experienced, she can help me not

首先赞扬Dr.Wing对CMG帮助的敬业。我申请报名的时间较晚，当时已经没有了slot。我
联系她后，她及时回复并告诉我又开放了几个slots。从交谈中，我能感觉到Dr.Wing认
真地读了我的CV和PS。Dr.Wing针对它们问了问题，也用它们帮我找到合理的答案。
如前面的同学所写，前20分钟左右是Interview形式： Dr.Wing问并作记录， 我回答。
后40分钟，她针对我的每个答案作点评，然后根据我的背景提出建议和润色答案。她的
点评字字有力。我的背景比较杂，Dr.Wing帮我理顺一个合理的解释。此外，我的答案
总是停止在所问问题的表面，Dr. Wing让我学到IV问题实质层次。真是赞叹她的睿智。

们做面试，他们没有休息的时间，只是为了能让我们同学能在有限的时间多得到一些面
试的机会，让我们能更有收获。Dr.He刚从国内回来2天，还有严重的时差，靠不停的喝
茶来给我们不停的做面试。Dr.二饼，最近工作的事情那么忙那么忙，忙的来不及吃饭
，可是还抽出一整天时间给我们做面试。Dr.Pathodream前一天晚上开车5个小时赶到我
们的晚餐会，来到后都没机会吃上一口饭就开始不停歇的给同学们打气，解答疑惑，第
二天又整整组织一天，晚上再开5小时车回家。这些attendings都那么忙，退掉了自己
的所有事情来给我们做面试，教我们，可他们从我们这里却得不到什么，这需要是多么
大的牺牲精神和奉献精神？他们用这样的精神感染着我们，帮助着我们，期望我们CMG
们能拧成一股绳，成为一个拳头，不断的成功，也希望这种精神能慢慢传下去，让我们

忙的residents, attending一句话就可以让你茅塞顿开，胜过你盲目的准备，错都不知
道错在哪。我们的优势是做事认真、有牺牲精神，劣势是不知道怎么表达自己的优势，
所以mock interview提供我们最好的机会去学习如何把握面试的机会。 |

She is a really good tutor, knows how to prepare you based on your CV.
I did learned a lot from her. I am more confident after the mock interview.
It is very important to listen carefully to the questions. Be sure to give
your best side during the interview.
Overall she is great. Hopefully the price can drop a bit. I mean 400$ is a
lot compared to most tutors.
I have also used an American tutor, who makes my answers sound more

and a good friend of mine who is already matched last year suggested that Dr

prematch, PD也不会一个人在那么短的时间里决定录取, 那是对所有committee的极大
的不尊重。
不知道哪位大牛说过, "顶多只是给interview"这样的话, 如果这样的机会都不屑拿,
那的确是啥mock iv都不用参加。
