But the molecules I tested until now are something people use 80%ACN as
isocratic to elute, such as uracil, cytosine, etc.
Is that because these are not retained well with my column, so I don't have
good peaks. If I goes for some other more hydrophilic small molecules, could
it be better?

The color of metal comes from its energy band structure, that means the band
gap determine its color.
The color of liquid shold be determined by the molecule structure, by its

段 之后才会有动物据此进化出识别这些颜色的视觉(比如看见绿色和泥土色石头色的
区别 因为要吃东西 blabla) 其他的动物色觉是不是也可以类推成co-evolution的作
用 比如说你看夜行动物像猫头鹰因为看不到食物的颜色压根就没有颜色觉
至于植物为什么只选择了那么窄的一段光谱来形成色素 比如说叶绿素 基本所有的光合
作用生物都有 而且基本都是吸收红/蓝光从而呈现绿色 这个不知道有没有人知道。。
也许压根就是随机选择了Mg做色素核心的结果?当然也有可能有进化原因

许多人认为屠呦呦在近些年来接连获得国际国内奖项是“迟到的承认”。以历史资料和
南方周末记者的访谈来看,她的工作被国际科学界认可确实经历了漫长的过程。
从1960年代末开始,屠呦呦以“中医中药专业组”组长的身份加入到当时的国家抗疟“

在青蒿素已经在国内外治病救人的很长一段时间里,其发现者究竟是谁,一直是一个谜
。2007年,美国国立卫生研究院的米勒及其同事开启了寻找青蒿素发现者的调查之旅,
而兼有科学史家眼光的饶毅等人也多次发文肯定了屠呦呦的关键作用。
许多人认为屠呦呦在近些年来接连获得国际国内奖项是“迟到的承认”。以历史资料和
南方周末记者的访谈来看,她的工作被国际科学界认可确实经历了漫长的过程。
从1960年代末开始,屠呦呦以“中医中药专业组”组长的身份加入到当时的国家抗疟“
523任务”。1972年,她领导的研究小组首次提取出了青蒿素。到了1975年,青蒿素的
化学结构在屠呦呦的参与下被确定。
然而,由于“523任务”的保密性质,在这整个过程中,屠呦呦没有任何研究论文发表
