方走的很慢。汽笛是免不了的，但是一两迈内都听的清楚。看看这家，你就知道了。卖
了五六年了。

发帖数: 301 | 39 上学的时候有个朋友20岁不幸得了肺癌，听着他咳嗽越来越严重，得知自己还有半年时
间的时候，他做了很多一直想做的事情，看着他list上完成的一个个圈圈，大家都为他
高兴。其中有一项就是去了中部skydiving。Dvd记录下他灿烂的笑容，他是个极其乐观
的人，那也是最后一次见他如此开心。再后来一天下午上课的时候接到他家人的电话，
恶化比想象的快，说他马上要走了，如果能见到最后一面的话。。。三个小时后他走的
很平静。再后来每年的relay for life心中便多了一个名字。
刚跑题了赶紧拉回来，上次看到有人在jersey shore parasailing，
又联想到skydiving。这两个活动地点挨着，可以安排在一天，不知大家有兴趣没。

whole soup. If you sue your agent and broke successfully, then you can sue
your attorney too because he only get half your deposit back.
I have never had such a case happened. I have a client who withdraw from a
contract after inspection, but the seller refuse to sign the deposit release
form. I prepared the paper work for my buyer to sue seller in the Monmouth

inspection也满意的情况下，不想进行下去。这1000 可能会损失。不属于上述情况，
可以也应该退回，不然可以到county superior court去file lawsuit,自己可以做，我
