吗？心脏有毛病的呢？这样算来，世界上可能没有几个健康人，于是“健康人”这个概
念事实上就失去了意义。这其实就是李在演讲中提到的meta-narrative一种表现。李的
演讲其实是在说，中国和民主国家相比，相对来说也不是那么不健康（当然也称不上很
健康）。所以你拿“左脚不麻痹是健康人的必要条件”（这大概是对的）来说事，跟他

我一向对TED的影片有很多质疑，虽然我知道这个由美国非营利机构Sapling
Foundation所设立的教育平台，为全球许多『值得分享的点子』制造机会，让更新颖的
科技（T）、娱乐（E）与设计（D），透过十几分的演讲时间，用简单明瞭的语言，传
播至世界各隅。
但在听了TED演讲许久后，发现这不免落入另一个取代主流论述的平台。与其说TED符合
多元文化，或另类思考的传输角色，还不如说，TED最终成为『论述的守门人』（
gatekeeper of narratives）。也就是说，以前的『主流祭司』是靠政府的教育与新闻
部操刀，现在这角色，则由TED等非营利机构负责筹划。

学无术的人，但是专业水平也很难高到哪里去，原则上做学术带头人还不行，讲一些基
础课和基本概念还可以，也可以在更高水平的人指导下工作。
在国共内战后期，在美国留学的中国学生已经出现经济问题，学业无以为继。虽然有美
国政府的紧急拨款资助（800万美元）以及大学的减免学费，大多数中国留学生已经是
