可以看到对于每个染色体，都有三种fasta file，比如染色体20，有
hs_alt_Celera_chr20.fa
hs_alt_HuRef_chr20.fa
hs_ref_GRCH37_chr20.fa
这三种file里面的序列还不一样，请问是怎么回事？究竟哪个是human的第20条染色体的sequence呢？

我有n多打酱油的文章，列进去之后把一作文章全分散开
搞得每页就1～2篇一座，这样是不是给人感觉很不好，没人会去数文章，对吧？
如果都删掉酱油文章的话，就那么10篇文章，是不是又让人觉得能力不够啊
NCBI里面怎么能把自己一座文章都列在前面，其他的都放后面啊？

他就要找一个基因，名字是固定的。
直接通过名字搜索，但是ncbi上结果出来400多个，他根据每一个结果的locus去下载序
列，发现序列长短不一，相似度也不是那么高。
所以他希望能够有个程序直接通过基因名字把所有相关序列都下载下来，然后根据序列
相似度聚类。
碰巧我这两天也在下载序列，不过我跟你需求不一样，我有locus列表，根据列表下载
序列。你要是不着急我可以过几天帮你弄弄

testosterone level, endurance training generally reduces testosterone level.
