的一定要冷冻--连续2天吃同样的东西对薯条爹来说基本到极限了。但是牛奶或者哪怕
是白水煮的燕麦粥，连吃一个礼拜他也能照单全收~
从盈盈那里学来的燕麦蛋糕自然是薯条爹的大爱，每隔一阵就会念叨“想吃燕麦蛋糕了
”。自创的这个配方，成品虽然少了黄油的浓香口味，但却满带了香蕉特有的香甜。不
变的则是保留了燕麦蛋糕那软糯而又略带嚼劲的口感，很好吃。另外省去了打发黄油的

你说宝宝用aveeno的洗澡液，也是oat做的吧，没有问题，怎么吃了就有问题了呢。
看来，我得停一停，看他什么时候outgrow.
另外，除了oat外，你家宝宝吃wheat有问题吗？我上网查，好像吃oat有问题，最好也
不吃wheat，所以想问问。

我家俩个孩子都爱吃，至少比米饭爱吃。不过她们从添辅食起就加oat meal了，习惯了
。我们全家都很爱吃这个，包括我公公婆婆，爸爸，妈妈都爱吃。
wholefoods也有这种，但比costco的要贵些。wholefoods还有steelcut的oats，要煮更
长时间，味道一样，口感更好。 |

啥，都告诉我说牛奶泡麦片（cereal）。于是薯条妈也买了一大袋cereal~然后天天早
上泡牛奶。那会儿牛奶还是习惯喝温热的，一泡上麦片，全软了，一点儿也不好吃。后来
发现美国室友是用冰牛奶泡麦片的，试了一下，脆香脆香的，真不错~但是超市常见的
那些cold cereal，大多是精细碳水做的，即使某些号称粗粮，也是加工过度了的，好
不到哪儿去，都不怎么顶饿。直到我发现一种叫做“granola”的东西，以及外观看起
来非常接近的“muesli”。两者都是燕麦片，各种果仁和水果干的混合物。差别呢，就
是granola是烤过的，而muesli则没有。有意思的是，granola最初的时候其实是一个生
产此类cereal的商品标识（在现在的澳大利亚，它仍然是注册商标呢！）后来慢慢变成
了此类cereal的代称。去超市随便转转，都能发现有各种口味的granola做成的cereal

4个小时喂一顿足矣，当然，一顿要多吃
早中晚各一顿，睡前加一顿这样

只有一点我稍有不同意见：“但是不是所有人都追求长寿，有的人愿意像Jobs那样风风
光光一辈子，早点死也没所谓。”
母亲生病前她与我都是这样想的，虽从未追求生活上的风光，但总觉得人活着太注意，
太累没有意义，毕竟生死有命，富贵在天。但母亲病后我发现这样说的人其实是对自己
，对家人的不负责任。
其实注意生活，饮食并不等同于追求长寿。非常注意的人可能也会生病，也会受伤，或
因为意外去世，但至少减低了得病的几率，以及病痛对自己以及家人的折磨。我有一位
法国朋友，接近 300 磅的体重，从不吃蔬菜，饮食结构以cheese，肉，奶油，甜点以
及高油脂为主。他不但有糖尿病，肾结石，而且经常头晕。医生禁止他吃巧克力蛋糕，
他对我说：不能吃自己爱吃的东西，活着不快乐有什么意义。我问他：“你的嘴是快乐
了，但你经常背疼，尿血，呕吐，头晕，这样的你快乐吗？”他沉默了。
他有未婚妻，有远在法国的父母，张口闭口总说自己不怕明天就死去。其实死亡的确不
可怕，因为死亡是最容易，也最轻松的事情，痛苦是留给活着的人的。因为有亲人，有

都是五花肉，汉宫卤肉包，扔几个胡罗卜扎满眼儿吸腥味，再放几块姜。慢炖锅。
清早在肉香中起床。
两个english muffin toast 一下。 肉伴香菜青椒切切切。。。夹。。。。lol
别提有多香了。。。。。
TIPS：slow cocker 要想高效又省时省钱，就在火上烧热水倒进去。放酱油不要放盐，因为盐杀过的肉就不容易烂。

有一件事是从头做到尾的，就定这么个目标吧。乱减肥了很多年，终于说服自己既然走
不了纤细路线那咱就走健美路线吧，体质练低点穿衣服应该也不差吧。订了个Bianchi
Impulso Dama 105，那么好看的race bike，我肿么也得练的有点型才能穿紧身裤上大
街不是？我看那街上骑racing bike的都跟体操运动员似的。于是我开始荔枝了。我开
始严格用myfitnesspal记录每天的食量，每天摄入量定在1200cal，我身高164，开始荔
枝体重127磅，目标体重110磅，不知道哪里测体脂，不然其实想订个减体脂的目标的。

1. 烧一壶开水
2. 把花生酱（我用了3／4罐，面团很酥，想要粘一点面团的就少放）倒入不锈钢容器
中，倒入半杯开水，调匀

发帖数: 3480 | 39 很基本款的一个cookie recipe，各个ingredient的比例可以自己调节。这是我今天用
的list，做了三十多只小cookie。理论上10min就可以弄出可以吃的cookie乐。
1/2 cup sugar（白糖红糖都可以）
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cocoa powder
把这三样先放到不沾锅里，小火搅到无颗粒均匀的液体。
在上述液体中放入1cup peanut butter。
继续小火搅到均匀的液体状。
准备3 cup 的quick oat（因为是免烤，所以quick oat是关键，超市里会表明的）和
2cup的shredded coconut（我选择是sweeteened的），在干燥容器中搅拌均匀。
把拌匀的oat和coconut倒进盛有糖，油，cocoa power混合液的锅里，可以继续开小火
。尽量把这锅东西拌匀。然后关火，离火。把这团糊糊捏成任意形状（要是烫手就等一
等），放在烤盘上晾凉。等不及晾凉的话立刻就可以吃了。尤其是热的时候，巧克力味
和peanut butter味都特别浓郁。 |

都是蒙人的。任何时候不要乱mix coolant除非你确定这样mix 是可以的。
关于coolant base：常见的coolant是乙二醇（ethylene glycol）基的，也有一些用丙
二醇（propylene glycol）的，现在新技术还有别的。要记住的是如果base不一样是绝
对严禁混的。不过这个问题倒是不用太担心至少常见车的冷却液都是乙二醇基的。
最tricky的问题是corrosive inhibitor。老coolant里常用的corrosive inhibitor有
硼酸盐（borate），硝酸盐（nitrate）, 亚硝酸盐（nitrite）, 磷酸盐（phosphate
）, 钼酸盐（molybdate）和硅酸盐（silicate）。
现在新的coolant基本上开始用一些有机酸（organic acid）作为corrosive inhibitor
了，这样coolant的寿命更长。OAT比较少，更多的是HOAT（hybrid organic acid

In general, you don’t want to combine the coolant types. This is especially
true of the old standard green stuff (with phosphates and silicates)
intermixed with the newer OAT or HOAT.
