首先各个牌子应该差不了太多，我可能还是会买Earth Best, 但是准备跳过rice, 直接
上oatmeal了。
先说说我看到的rice vs. oatmeal
1. 很多医生建议rice first的原因是: rice比oatmeal容易吸收一些，rice相比
oatmeal不大会引起allergic reaction.
2. oats, wheat砷含量要比rice低很多（这是最重要的），另外oatmeal营养更丰富些
，味道也更好些。据反应吃oatmeal也不大会像rice那样引起便秘。
综上所述，决定直接上oatmeal, 有不少人也是直接跳过rice, 上oatmeal或蔬菜，水果
的，所以应该没问题。
还有就是大多数人推荐6个月以后再上solid food, 因为6个月前多数小孩的digestive
system还没发育前，solid food不易吸收。
以上都是看来的，待专家求证。有的人可能会说这些微量的有毒物质是没法避免的，我
也同意，不过还是心疼孩子，能避免就尽量吧。 |

辰糖尿，很注意饮食锻炼。生完了后，好像指数正常了，就松懈了。带孩子加上工作累
，晚上就吃的多，锻炼也是三天打鱼两天晒网。现在正式加入健康减肥版，目标1周1磅
左右，争取6月份去夏威夷的时候减掉10磅。少吃多运动，大家给我加油啊，多提宝贵
意见。

早上： 1个煮鸡蛋， 小块红薯，小块costco butter cake （共275卡）
中午 ： 米饭1小碗， 四季豆，肉丝 （500卡）
晚上 ：毛豆，米饭1小碗，小块红薯，烤肉排1小块，菠菜若干 （550卡）
全天 喝了很多茶水
晚上等孩子们睡了后 健身舞蹈操锻炼45分钟， 12睡觉。
