三个科应届毕业AMG占了＞94%，剩下的6%也几乎100%是往届毕业的AMG。皮肤也才86%应
届AMG。但是radiology就只有68%AMG。对了病理是44%
老公所在的医学院数据是如果radi-oncology match上就只能是不太好的program,原因
大家都懂，program太少，竞争太激烈。,但是radiology就可以去非常非常好的program
。因为现在radiology在AMG里绝对算不上热门科，就还可以。
这种情况下，应该选哪个科？请教板上懂行的前辈。 |

license, 90年代毕业的practice见过无数病人，但对新技术完全不了解，2010年的虽
然没practice多少年，但学的就是新技术，看病连vision都不一样.
什么时代的人就带什么时代的vision,医生也一样，不是你看过多少病人就可以解决的
，比如最近的连续剧《急救科医生》那医生死前就说，最近内窥镜显微手术很流行，但
丫老了，不是很懂，有机会也想学学。。。

发帖数: 5 | 22 几天前刚刚得知说我亲爱的妈妈得了骨髓多发症肿瘤，全家人非常的devastated。检验
的结果也有很多有疑问的地方，我在这里详细的把我所知道的写出来，望哪位oncology
或血液病专家看看。附件里也放了我妈妈检验的结果。
我妈身体一直都非常健康，就是有糖尿病。快过年的时候，搬家累着了，同时感冒了，
我妈选择吃了十几贴中药。基本上感冒好了，但是咳嗽一直不好。还有就是当时搬家时
被煤气瓶挤了一下，然后后来走路就一直有点瘸。
中国时间2月2号我妈在家人的陪同下去医院看为什么咳嗽一直不好。一照CT，医生马上
说情况很不好，是癌。于是，做了全身的CT scan，bone scan， 以及MRI，情况都非常
不好，显示出在脊椎上有很严重的病变。尤其是在胸椎的上边看上去有长一块东西（好
像医生是说骨头增生），造成我妈最近一两年背越来越驼，人也矮了一些。当时医生的
诊断就是骨髓多发症肿瘤（multiple myeloma, MM）
接下来做了全身各个器官的检查，肝胆脾肺（肠，胃还没做），卵巢子宫都没有问题。
具体的检查报告在附件了。其中提到的淋巴的问题，以及子宫肌瘤的问题，医生都说过

basically, after 5years of training, you can go wherever you want, do
whatever you want.
very competitive though, most program only recruits a few each year, it is
more difficult to match than radilogy, most of successfully matched
residency have PHD degree.
if you really like it, give you some suggestions, you might be able to get
matched without a PHD
1, usmle score high
2,find a radiation oncology program, try to shadow an attending doctor there

的。我就是之前搞错了以为oncology 方面 physics residency和medical residency
出来是干一样的活的，然后我就去google结果发现后者收的都是医科生，5年的program
。经楼上提醒发现出来不是一样的，physics那边出来的是medical physicist，是算
dose跟做研究的。继而发现两者收入差的很大。。。。因为前者是医生，后者是物理仪
器，就乱感叹了一下。。。对不起。。。 |
