规则在这里。这一系列的定义说明，想要不吹犯规，整个动作应该是向上或者向后，最

就注册去上课了，发现价格已经改了，是$19，
不过用promotion code (X2B-C8B-A94) 依然可以减少$2。
现在已经不能只是开着电脑耗时间了，我试着开机，但出去了3-4个小时，回来就要求
重新log in了。而且也不能直接参加final exam，必须答对各章的所有试题才能到达
final exam，而且各章的题目之后还有一题“security question”，就是问关于前面
学习材料中的图片、录像中的内容，所以还不得不点击看看，总共也需要不少时间。不
过有个节约时间的方法，就是先到问题的一页，看完问题再点击“previous”回到前一
页寻找答案，利用IE的“编辑”菜单下“查找（在当前页）”的功能可以快速定位。如
果中途log off再回来log in，得一页页翻过之前做过的章节，不过不需要重新做题就
是。到达上次退出地方，就自动加载之前这一章的内容。

红灯左转必须同时满足4个前提。
1 从单行道的正确方向转到另一个单行道的正确方向；
2 没有no turn on red标志；
3 先full stop观察；（感谢ion提醒）
4 安全。
绿灯的时候能不能左转，不取决于有没有left turn yield on green circle，
也不取决于直行信号灯和左转信号灯是合在一起的还是分离的。
左转绿箭头亮的时候，不需要yield oncoming traffic，直接左转。
左转红箭头亮的时候，肯定不能转。
左转lane上方的信号灯是红色circle，不能转。
有些左转信号灯并不是完全与左转lane对齐，但是上面会有牌子left turn signal。
总之左转信号灯是红色circle的时候，不能转。
左转信号灯是绿色circle的时候，yield oncoming traffic，安全的前提下可以左转。
没有单独的左转信号灯，直行是绿灯的时候，同上。 |

1. When direct by a yield sign.
2. When crossing or entering a through highway from a smaller, less traveled
road.

stop信号具有最强的优先级，红灯就不能走。yield的意思是在双方都有权利走的情况
下出让路权给比自己优先级高的车。 所以被红灯禁止通行的车不需要让。
举2作为例子
小路上大路需要yield， 但是如果你在小路上是绿灯大路是红灯，难道大路上的车闯红
灯撞了你是你的全责么？2中可也没有说"有红绿灯控制的车除外"
同样的，7也没有说有左转箭头除外，事实上俄亥俄州法律没有谈到左转箭头绿这个问
题。难道有左转箭头时还要yield对面oncoming traffic?

左转的时候别不让对面来的车.
哪里有您说的左转时不能进路口?
当然, 您要非说我的中文不过关, 您只是说"田纳西严禁提前走出来",
其实意思不是说田纳西左转时不能进路口.

是关于路口拐弯的问题。假设一个方向A，它的相反方向是B，两个方向都没有专门的左
拐弯灯和右拐弯灯。
这时A、B两个方向的灯都是绿灯，A方向来的有辆车要左拐，B方向来的有辆车要右拐，
是不是A方向的车应该让B方向的车呢？还是两辆车路权等同？

比如三鹿事件，导致5名儿童死亡，奸商渎职官员被判了死刑和无期徒刑，三鹿赔偿倒
闭后，国家贴了20亿来摆平。
而与此类似美国花生酱鼠伤寒，奸商明知故犯，导致9人死亡，5名幼儿感染鼠伤寒死亡，除了公司破产
，至今我没见人为此负责。说起来美国奸商其实比中国奸商还要恶劣，美国奸商明确
知道鼠伤寒会导致死亡，中国几个奸商恐怕文盲，根本没有遇见后果。
驾驶员DUI撞死人在美国平常事件，一年总有几百起，按照司法该怎么处理怎么处理。奇怪是在中国司法还没有介入，就有人宣传鼓动，添油加醋，又演变成声势浩大全民运动。
要说撞死人事件，我给你们说说去年安大略司法部长（attorney general）把一个穷困潦倒单身递送
员撞死事，这人叫Michael Bryant。

Duke County的Watuppa Wampanoag Reservation。2000年人口统计的时候就剩91个人了
。Wampanoags很悲愤的。在1970年，麻省Department of Commerce为纪念the Pilgrims
' Landing 350周年，邀请Wampanoag人Frank James（印第安名字Wamsutta）发
表演讲。但Frank James演讲稿没有通过审查，被噤声了（谁说只有共产党搞
censorship的）。如果麻省DOC给予他言论的自由，那么他在纪念仪式上将会发布如下
