不是Analytical的问题，而是reasonable, common sense，people skill。世界上很多
问题不是靠analytical skill解决的。需要analytical skill的工作，比如工程师，程
序员之类的。做administration强调的是它么？强调的是people skill。
analytical skill就应该包含知道analytical skill的作用域，而不是凡事都要
analytical。

analytical 的 / 思维复杂 的，能保证不卷入或者不影响人生】

国内学的护理专业，毕业后在北京一家医院的医技科室悠闲地工作了将近10年。那时候
怎么也没想到过要来美国。命运就是在一瞬间转变的。我遇到了在国内度假的现在的老
公，于是我的生活从此改变。09年结婚后，2010年1月移民来的美国。自己相对还算独
立，而且不想做家庭主妇，所以借着国内的护理教育背景在去年8月考过了美国RN（注
册护士）执照、找到了工作，自己曾暗自庆幸，甚至觉得没有传说中异国他乡生存的艰
难不易。
上班之后才发现，生活是没有捷径的，所有异国生活需要走的路、经历的艰辛是无法避
免的。第一份工作很容易找到一家私立医院的CVOR（心脏手术室），那时觉得一切是
too perfect to be true,但工作1个月后，招我进来的manager就走了，加上自己是唯
一的外国人，而且语言确实有问题，心里真的很发虚，有一种深更半夜独自在荒郊野外
走地感觉，很不舒服，就quit掉了。
我对自己的语言能力真的很不自信，因为我从来就不会把一个完整的故事绘声绘色的讲

１。同性恋正常不正常取决于正常的定义是什么和用什么眼光来看，正如你看同性恋游
行，和kathylucy看到的是不一样的。但是，美国精神病学会在上个世纪７０年代中国
在９０年代就已经把同性恋从Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental
Disorders去掉了。为什么生活中认识同性恋的人更倾向于支持平权，因为他们看到同
性恋除了性取向不一样外，和异性恋是一样的人。
２。很多研究表明同性恋家庭的小孩和其他家庭的小孩在各方面包括性取向没有什么不
同。这在学术界是个共识，以至于主要学术组织包括the American Academy of
Pediatrics都支持gay and lesbian parental rights。这是PROP ８支持者输掉的原因

oriented player like Deng Yaping could play that high level as
long as defense-oriented player.
If we have a match between the above 2, i would bet Gao win now.
As i said before, when u reach over 35 y.o. it is very difficult
to improve your offensive skills, but you can improve your
defensive skills to improve your total levels. |
