白宫这次的 关于extreme vetting EO，很简单就是 对 奥巴政府和当年国会 曾通过的
一些条款给行政执行层面的命令，正式 excutive branch 正常行使政府职能。
关键是这几个：
1，这七个国家，是奥巴政府和当初国会筛出来的，trump他们自己才上任一周，还没有
自己的list，就借用这个已有的数据。
2，是暂时的措施，大部分是 3个月左右，估计目的是 buy some time。奥巴在 2011
年曾对伊拉克难民 pause 6 个月。
3，最关健这不是 什么 Ban，而是 extreme vetting，就是你从这些国家来，我们要加
强审查（因为你们国家其它国民行为历史），要是没问题，就过，现实会对这些国家的
人造成不便。

Joe Pa如果一直知道Sandusky的所有作为，而且事实确凿他一直知道，那么他问题大了
，但是现在是跟JoePa扯上的并没搞清楚他是否确凿知道，你们一帮人都如美国签证官
似的先扣个帽子，然后批判，这tmd像文革啊。
JoePa所能作的当时是正确的事情，因为他自己不是第一witness，连outcry都不是，怎
么去报警？？去读读美国法律就知道了，这是最基本的一个常识吧。他能做到的基本都

总的来说，这里大概有两大菜系，理科和文科。文科菜呢，讲究色香味，不论什么菜先

（曲）线。她把这些线条设计都归为art installations，而不是architecture——这

昨天下班路上听BBC，有一段采访。是关于孔教授骂香港人的事情。采访的是一个香港
作家。不知道中文名，BBC主持人称他为“Chip Tsao”。这位作家不承认香港人和大陆
人是一种人。更令人气愤的是，当被问到2047年最终统一的时候，他竟然诅咒自己的祖
国不能活到2047年。注意，他说的不是大陆政府，说的是中国。

the only person pertain the information of the jury, the
alternate juror, said he was shocked back home watching
TV coverage and the national outcry. He said the jury's

昨天下班路上听BBC，有一段采访。是关于孔教授骂香港人的事情。采访的是一个香港
作家。不知道中文名，BBC主持人称他为“Chip Zhao”。这位作家不承认香港人和大陆
人是一种人。更令人气愤的是，当被问到2047年最终统一的时候，他竟然诅咒自己的祖
国不能活到2047年。注意，他说的不是大陆政府，说的是中国。
听完以后非常气愤。今天终于在网上找到这段节目。 自己用了一小时的时间把里面说
的话记录下来。有几处听不清楚的，绝大部分都很清楚。怀疑我夸张的可以看英文，或

听说方舟子被打，第一反应是他挨点教训未必真是坏人报复，恐怕跟个人性格缺陷有莫
大关系。几年前他把二十几位稿子中写过他一些负面的新闻记者都列为“中国不良记者
”，一个南方媒体的血性同行就曾想去抽他。今天终于有人抽他了，如果是坏人报复，
我也表示谴责，但如果是他嘴巴惹祸，也在我意料之中。
方舟子是个以打假为职业的人，如此的职业除了多少年前的王海做过，这两年做的人越
来越少了。方舟子毕业于美国一所二流大学，生物学博士，但是毕业后没有做本职工作
，回国后专门以科技打假为职业。他对外声称生活主要靠稿费，看似生活来源跟我差不
多，其工作性质其实也类似于调查性报道的记者，但他没有报社管着，也没有在媒体接
受过职业训练，因此打假造过许多乌龙，引来一些官司，曾经有三场官司同时开打，法
院判赔数十万元的经历（境外索赔一百万美金的事情还不算在内），让登他报道的媒体

庞大的举报体系，是新语丝“新闻不断”的源泉。但是，对于这些举报信息，不仔细审
核就上网公布，一方面是因为在肖传国案之前，新语丝的事实发布缺乏监督，一方面也
是方舟子作为个人崇拜核心的客观缺点所致。
一个例子：接受晨报采访的清华大学刘兵教授一篇翻译作品被网友举报，称是翻译水平
低下。方舟子上网依据网友的举报材料进行中英文对比，批评刘兵不学无术。但后来人
们发现，网友的举报材料是伪造或经篡改的，刘的书里根本没有这些材料。
方舟子缺点4：掩盖失误
为了维护纯洁无瑕的打假形象，自然要隐瞒一切失误。这种行为，往往是对学术打假受
害人全方位的人身攻击、穷追猛打来实现的。比如被误打的刘兵教授事件、因证据不足
而打假结果被法院否认的肖传国案，从这些事件的当事人事后遭受的全方位、多角度的
反右式网络话语迫害的情况看来，方舟子为掩盖失误，真是一切手段在所不惜。
另一方面，方也对新语丝的相关信息进行严格过滤。以肖传国案件而言，他在新语丝公
布的，几乎全是有利于自己的证据，以及自认为可以驳倒的对方提供的证据。而对于肖

近日，美国一科研机构发布了其对24名中国湖南省儿童进行转基因大米人体试验的结果
。对此，绿色和平表示强烈谴责。
据绿色和平介绍，该项研究旨在检验美国先正达公司研制的转基因“黄金(1658.90
,1.80,0.11%)大米”对补充人体维生素A的作用。
绿色和平表示，早在2008年，农业部和浙江省农业厅在得知该研究计划后即叫停该
项目。但一篇2012年8月1日发布于《美国临床营养学杂志》的论文显示，这项由美国塔
夫茨大学的唐广文领导并获得美国卫生院和美国农业部资金支持的研究最终得以完成。
绿色和平认为，用中国儿童作为转基因大米的实验对象是极其不负责任的行为，呼
吁中国政府审核该研究的合法性，并对受到影响的儿童提供医疗和法律援助。

可以看出：阿三骨子里就是巴不得把咱们这些Chinese打死
