”“前辈”的都去掉吧。首先在公司也不过junior level，谈不上大牛，其次一提“前
辈”总让我想起为国捐躯的先烈和鹤发须眉的扫地僧。
其实讨论soft skill只是为了给自己讨论CRO争取点时间整理思绪，没想到反响那么大
，很多回复说得不错，看来不少人都很明白这些道理，这里就不赘述了。
说起CRO(contract research organization)，很多人对这个名字都不陌生，但具体做
什么的而且这两年为什么越来越热，认识就很抽象。说起CRO，不得不说“outsourcing
”。说起outsourcing，大家并不陌生，但也有误区：似乎outsourcing那就是把机会搬
到印度中国等劳动力便宜的地方。说错也不能算全错，因为outsourcing很常见的是IT
以及很多服务部门，比如call center和软工很多都在印度，而General Motor想
outsourcing由于工会的阻挠也outsource不出去。其实更广义的outsourcing是指把部

的没有饭碗。本来么，大家都是化学人，出来跟老印混一起。也算是大家都有口饭吃。
结果哪，人老印从华尔街到企业，到处都是桩脚。也没办法，就是从加州老校友再往前
的那拨老中，被老印在个行个业杀个惨败。
结果问题来了，一说到outsource，人家就都往印度搬。是这样的，假定你们公司的采
购是老印管的，你说万一你们要outsource，是问中国买还是问印度买？那么万一生产
那块被outsource了，结果就是老印还可以会班加罗尔接着干，老中就只有回国去摆地
摊。
然后，要是你们公司把R&D的那摊给outsource了。结果，因为R&D的director通常是被
保留的，就是等于帮着公司外包。结果，你去看，是老印的director多，还是老中多？
结果，同样道理：被outsource以后，老中只能回去摆地摊。老印还能回班加罗尔接着
干。
那你说你在美国搞什么CRO之类的，就是制药班很喜欢谈的一个名词。不管怎么捣鼓，
有一点是肯定的。你的公司提供的服务，要有大公司去买。然后你才能活下去。结果，

你要是真以为outsourcing是由于医疗造成的，那真没啥好说的了。日本的医疗比美国
便宜多了，但是一样都outsourcing了，韩国的医疗更便宜，你买到的三星电视现代汽
车也不是韩国造的，都outsourcing了。outsourcing是华尔街金融资本家为了更高利润
推动的经济全球化的必然结果，跟医疗一点关系都没有，哪怕美国的医生护士药厂都免
费义务服务，医疗不要钱，美国的公司仍然会outsourcing，只要美国的公司还是资本

There are two problems:
1. Too many candidates from one particular country. When diversity is not
kept people don’t integrate, communicate between their culture only, bring
all their relatives, hire only from their country, nothing good. No any
country should get more than 10% of H1B or GC.
2. The way India abuses H1B flooding and even selling applications (what is
against the US law).

修改eb1c的条件。
