Arches日出点我觉得最好的是windows section.一个经典的角度就是爬到North Window
后面有个小坡,爬上去以后可以以North Window为框,把远处的Turret Arch照进来.日出
的时候正好太阳照在面对镜头的那一侧.

日落点最好的自然就是著名的Utah地标Delicate Arch了.但是拍这个点得早一点去,因
为倾斜的关系其实真正日落的时候已经没有光照在Arch上了,而最好的光是在日出前半
小时到一小时之间.爬上去的trail大概要花一小时不到,所以日出前至少1.5-2小时要到
trail head开始爬了.
这是我第一次去时拍的,更好的角度是把Arch放在更右边,这样左侧远处的雪山就能进入
画面.
日出日落之间可以去Devil's Garden区域逛一下.但是不建议走到Double O Arch,因为
这个trail很长,后半段没太多东西可看.

国内杂志约了几次稿，另外还卖了几幅照片，钱没几个不过还是觉得得到了一点认可:p
一点器材心得：明显感到D700在宽容度、色彩、高感等方面都落后现在的新机了，12MP
对大幅输出和剪裁来说都是劣势，唯一的好处是照片处理起来快。加上听说现在二手价
格依然坚挺，建议有意买二手D700的同学转向考虑新机。镜头方面还是24-70用得最多，
特别是很多“大景”都是用28mm，所以我一直推荐考虑覆盖16-35焦段的超广镜头。不
能否认用14-24出了一些冲击里比较强的片子，但是从泛用性来讲，缺失了24-35这段非
常不便。在景色别特宽广的地方，如Badlands、大峡谷和黄石，特别当天色和光线条件

发帖数: 91 | 3 2015年来到了田纳西，离大雾山国家公园很近的城市。虽说大雾山不像其他公园那么出
彩，但是给我这样的新手提供了很多摄影的素材。从山川瀑布，到野生动物，下半年几
乎每个月都去大雾山，现在已经可以不用GPS在山里开车了。夏天抢了三次票终于去看
了同步萤火虫，看到的比拍到的震撼很多。秋天去附近的蓝岭公路的看红叶和看人。。
。同时看Nye的书学习拍大雾山的日出日落，为去西南大环线做准备。年底第一次去西
南，走的都是大众景点，除了在Mesa Arch，其他主要的日出日落都看了。在Bryce
Canyon有幸碰到了史老师夫妇，和我们分享了很多风光摄影的经验，收获颇丰。
器材是Nikon D800,16-35G F/4, 70-200G F2.8和50 1.8D。打算用好现在的器材，应该
足够了。
大雾山国家公园(GSMNP)的Cades Cove是野生动物的天堂，也是我去得最多的地反(有10
次吧)。white tail deer最常见，9月的白尾鹿会开始shred velvet为决斗做准备。
Black Bear是大家的最爱，过冬前黑熊Fatten up是最好的时候。Coyote比较少见。清

I feel for me, 6 is the limit. I was able to sign out on time. but cannot imagine if I need to suddenly have to overlook 12 new ones as a PGY-2. I have been thinking about transfer to this specialty recently. But if this is a typical life of this specialty, I might reconsider my decision.

发帖数: 609 | 25 你好厉害，我昨晚夜班，9pm-7:15am signout,忙了一个晚上，除了cover 40 多张床的floor,4 admissions,1 RRT, 1 death (death notes, death certificates, call family member and PCP and finger print----took me a lot of time),今早8:30am 还要赶去clinic (每周一个半天），晚上9:00pm还要去上夜班， 累死了，觉得住院医就是在拚体力，已经上了8个夜班了，没有1分钟合眼的，都在不停的忙，就盼着周六了，还有就是赶快出夜班，能有个正常点的生活，哪怕早出晚归也行。

三月底，和两个同为风光摄影爱好者的朋友相约再次来到Southwest的Utah/Arizona，
进行了为期3天的高强度深度摄影游。整个3天，一共睡了9个小时，平均每天徒步10
mile以上。尽管行程紧张，但是饱览了一些人迹罕至的美景，实在是终身难忘。分享一
些拍摄的照片以及对器材的实践经验。照片都是初稿，有几张还有不少问题，还需要仔

号公路开完（至此我已经开完了整个一号公路，包括南面经过Big Sur、Malibu，直至
南端终点），然后沿101号公路一直开到Eureka。
北加州的这一段其实路途更险，公路蜿蜒曲折、上下起伏，而相对著名的南部的Big
Sur而言，风光更原始，因为南部开发得还是很厉害的。一路可谓是随时随地都是风光
无限。

point overlook，地势超级开阔，层层落差，往远处看绿河，white trim road，非常
震撼。这个NP好好玩要几个星期
Arche也值得大半天看看，大多景点可以开车走马观花，开累了正好走走delicate arch
松松腿。delicate arch背景是犹他的标志，说不定哪天就不再了。。。
Bryce是个小公园，你开车看看几个小时就够了。现在这个季节Zion canyon里面不能自
己开车了，你从Bryce出来走US9穿过Zion，过把隧道看电影就行了。Zion值得不同季节
去几次，每次专门花几天玩，把narrow, subway, angle landing都走走才有意思
day3/4/5/6可以酌情加减，到las vegas赌一把才是正事，好吃好喝解解乏，第二天去

我老09年分析过了.按正常实力,Lin应该可以打上球.

他身体强壮,心理好,会防守.平均18分.下半场居然拿14分.
他这种类型,正常情况下,上了场肯定不会出漏子.
考虑到他的一些优点,正常教练应该是给他机会的.
但他为啥被overlooked? 必须正面灭了John Wall,才有个offer?
然后后来居然1个月被lay off两次? 被从体育馆叫出去,说你被lay off了?
每次进球馆,看大门的问他你是杂工? (按他的facebook)
他要是黑人,按他大学的实力,按他这个奋斗精神,按他这个交流能力,至于混了

Duke County的Watuppa Wampanoag Reservation。2000年人口统计的时候就剩91个人了
。Wampanoags很悲愤的。在1970年，麻省Department of Commerce为纪念the Pilgrims
