来美国久了，基本所有的人都会发现，这个社会讲规则，讲法制。所有事都得按规则来
。医疗利益集团当然也是如此。只有通过掌握发言权，制定符合自己利益的规则，才能
可持续的赚取最大利润。
举个例子吧：
作为和普通人关系很大疾病预防，女的MAMMOGRAM，男的PSA癌筛选是最重要的检查项目
之一。
但是你对比目前的GUIDELINE和两年前的GUIDELINE，就会发现有极其显著的区别。特别
是PSA筛选，AUA推出的最新GUIDELINE，几乎是对过去的完全否定。
那么过去的GUIDELINE，为什么能存在那么久？显然是利益集团通过掌握话语权制定的
，这样他们才能最大限度的赚钱。
现在，为什么改变了？因为大饼就那么大，按目前的经济形势，很难再做大了，如果继
续目前的规则，其他利益集团就会不满。最后，就只能通过牺牲部分的利益来解决内部
的矛盾。

非政府调查机构盖洛普(Gallup)的CEO即指出，美国近年来倒闭企业的数量多于新增企
业，这是此前35年间未曾发生过的情况。在此状况下，就业持续增长的状况似乎很难令
人信服。因为中小企业是吸收就业的主力军。在中小企业生存状况仍然艰难的状况下，

，白人。值得注意的是这次活动亚裔团体里好像少了上次看到的不少南亚人。上次照片

工作中的中国人和印度人----被中国人逼死，被印度人踩死
在工作版上，看到很多讨论中国人和印度人的。我的经历也算是典型，给大家做前车之
鉴，希望中国人能够互相挺中国人，而不是像我经历的一样，疯狂逼，疯狂踩。
我所在的公司，主要的族群是四种人，俄国人，犹太人，中国人，印度人。其中，美国
的印度人占了美国总部人员的20%，中国人占了美国总部人员的25%。印度本国的印度人
（远程服务和开发）占了总体的70%。
