中国象棋是10E150, 围棋是10E360.
应用数学里有Combinatorial game theory, 把围棋和象棋归于一类, zero sum,
perfect-information, partisan, deterministic strategy game, 软件的理论倒是不
复杂了, 可是围棋对于计算机来说计算量就太大了, 每一步都得最优化一下, 估计是算
不过来. |

九一一事件与珍珠港事件一样都是没有预警的突然袭击。两个事件凸现出情报工作的重
要性。珍珠港事件前，美国没有一个统一的情报收集系统。罗斯福总统曾抱怨送到他办
公桌上的情报蔓无头绪，不知所云。珍珠港事件的一个直接后果便是成立“战略服务处
”(the Office of Strategic Services 或简称 OSS)，负责整合美国的情报收集工作
。1947年7月，OSS变成了CIA (the Central Intelligence Agency), 即大名鼎鼎的“

early vote的最后一天。人很多。排了大约50分钟的队。我所在是东部一个swing
state. 看不出周围人的倾向，只跟身边的一个还在读研究生的mm聊了几句。她也选o8.
前后左右看到的主要是白人，黑人有一些但不算多估计黑哥们还在家养精蓄锐。有一些
劳模和三哥，华人有一些。
中间有志愿者问需不需要帮助，还发放voting guide. D这边的是个大妈，R那边的是个
hot girl。我各要了一份。D这边的guide是彩色的，上书"easy as 1-2-3"，下面三布
1) Vote Obama 2）vote Straight Demogratic 3) vote for non-partisan
candidates. R的材料是黑白的，纸质不太好。上面列出了所有的共和党的候选人，相
对D那边花的心思少一点。

interfere in delicate negotiations currently under way, without even
consulting the President. It's an outrage, and both Mr. Natenyahu and Boener
should be ashamed of this purely partisan political theater. I hope the
Israeli people have enough sense to give this monster the sound defeat he
deserves in the upcoming elections. I hope it backfires big time on both

slowing. They don't seem to buy it.
The Pew Research Center finds that a world-beating 90 percent of Chinese say
their economy is good. And 84 percent expect things to be even better in 12
