(1.) HR3012 is near the edge of death.
HR3012 itself has bi-partisan support and promising to pass; the real block
is various interest groups want to use it as a boat to pass their own bills.

圣地亚哥郡华裔选民登记的几个Fact：
5月1日，SDAAFE作为选民登记的义工参加了选民登记处的语言服务(language
service)的意见征集会议，在那个会议上我们了解到下面一些关于华裔选民的事实，这
些都可以在www.sdvote.com上查到。
1，圣地亚哥全郡目前登记选民总计有1,640,402人，而华裔选民仅有18,778人，华
裔选民仅仅只占了圣地亚哥全郡全部选民的1%略强！
2，2012年的那次选举，选民登记处记录的已登记选民的投票率显示，所有族裔的
平均投票率在40%左右，而华裔的投票率仅为20%。也就是说，在所有投票的选民中，华
裔仅仅只占了0.6%！
3，所有注册的选民中，其他所有族裔注册为non-partisan或者non-disclosure的
比例都在1/3以下，唯有华裔，注册为non-partisan或者non-disclosure的比例超过了
一半。

美国的人均医疗费用支出是世界第一，但医疗水准的排名仅列第三十七名。可以想见改

和有全民医疗体制的国家比，美国的出口产品的成本支出必然要高出医疗保险这一块，

What will happens to China? That sinking feeling! (But China deserves it,
