power, 特别是利用权力搞种族主义 - 这个是很关键的是违法宪法的。楼主是专业人士
，楼里有不同意见挺正常，有些也是进行过研究和思考的。无论如何现在是考验checks
and balances 的时刻，美国的民主制度可能比很多人想象的要脆弱，法律体系里（包
