长岛有几家不一样的店. Peep Show. 常去的都在West Babylon. WB这个黑人区非常的
穷. 警察也不管这些店. 和脱衣舞点不同是它没有舞台只有包间. 所有的服务都有. 每
个妹妹每项服务的价钱都不一样.
介绍一下Cherry Bombs这家. 几个俄罗斯男开的店. 一楼是小电影院. 里面有小包间搞

根据我的经验，grouping不理想可能有这几方面的问题：
1）Anchor Point。你开弓瞄准的时候是否有清楚的Anchor Point(s)，能否保证每次都
一致。这个是top 1需要检查的。
2）Release。在用Release拉弓的时候，由于角度问题会对弓弦产生侧向拉力。能否保
证每次的角度都一致？我用的Release的咬合头可以做360度旋转，这在一定程度上保持
我手的拉力和对弓弦扭力每次都一致。
3）Rest，我现在和以前的弓都是drop off Rest，但是如果你用的Rest和箭之间在放箭
后有接触，那么这个是主要因素之一。
4）Peep sight。Peep sight的圈大小会影响到grouping。打猎用的peep圈都选择较大
的，主要是考虑在光线不足的时候效果。但是peep圈大会造成瞄准时产生误差。这个类
似枪上的瞄准镜。要保证你每次从peep看出去的是正圆。
5）箭。虽然我们的箭看上去都一样，但是它们还是有细节差距的。你看看是否有某几

发帖数: 7016 | 14 今天带老小去射箭，先试射20yard。昨天帮朋友干活，肩部有些拉伤。拉弓有点不得力
，但还是被我蒙着了一次罗宾汉。这是俺的第一次罗宾汉，比较鸡冻。
后来试了30yard, 40yard, 50yard。感觉有比较大的进步，50yard最好的三箭grouping
在6寸左右。
我用的大概是3/16的peep，感觉眼睛靠peep有点近，下次换一个小点的peep或者增加眼
睛和peep之间的距离，看能不能稳定一些。

。但他听错了，以为我要用recurve打猎，就讲了一下recurve和compound bow在打猎中
的应用。
他今年不到70，从小在德州农场长大。5岁开始玩弓，10多岁就开始打猎。那个时候没
有compound bow，只有long bow and recurve. 他主要用recurve, 后来转到compound。
recurve射好很难，需要大量大量长期的练习来掌握。但是是真正地练习你的技术，判
断，和意念，一点偏差，就可能完全错过一头鹿。而且，有效射程短。优点是可以追踪
射击快速移动的鹿，因为没有sight和peep等等那些东西限制视线和判断。
compound一切都tune up好以后，用上release马上就可以射的很准。而且，贮存能力大
，射程远，还有let-off，很实用。缺点是不好追踪射击移动目标。他把compound bow
的peep去掉，只用sight，有利于射移动目标。他已经教会好几个人这个方法了，都收

我的是3/16peep, 29" draw length，感觉刚刚好。peep和sight护圈几乎一样大。以前

刚看到一个部分是关于训练孩子睡眠的。
简单说
一般是从四个月开始，但他们发现其实从两个月开始更加有效。这时间训练孩子独立睡
眠只需要三天。
晚上喂饱孩子时候把孩子扔床上，然后离开不要再打搅孩子，第二天早上再来看孩子。
孩子大概第一天和第二天会哭的比较厉害，第三天第四天就没事了。

有效。当然，我逻辑上同意他们的说法，越早训练，孩子依赖性越容易摆脱，有可能事

现拉满后鼻尖靠不到弦上；弓上原配的peep由于离眼睛太远，不能从里面看到front
sight的外圈，必须换成最大号的peep才勉强能用。这是应为轴距太短，拉满后，弓弦
被拉成了个很尖的锐角。这两个缺陷的后果都是失去了一些参照点。那把弓买来后才发
现实在是太短了，很不好用，只好卖掉了。射箭不像打枪，枪的前后准星的位置是固定
的，弓不是固定的。你必须每次拉满弓时都保证拉开的距离和位置都具有重复性，这样
才能射到同一点。这就要求我们要找一些参照点，例如，嘴角，鼻尖与弦接触，后手食
指关节靠在耳根后，等等。每次都保证这些参照点的位置不变。参照点少了，就很难射
准。30”对于普通臂长的人来说太短了。如果臂长较短，用起来应该没有问题。axle

Dropway (fallaway) rest is by far the best arrow rest you can find. With
proper setup, it will not interfere with the arrow fly at all. It is better
than whisker biscuit and usually it is more expensive than whisker biscuit
too. You need more practice to use this kind of rest though.
Peep sight is cheap, and now there is even peep tube also available to help
with it. In fact if you buy your bow from a dealer, they will probably give
a good to you and set it up for free.
