赛前有点支持运气这么不好的eagles,其实05年就曾经友情过他们一次，未果，所以这
次没敢露出半点支持，生怕坏了他们的rp,但是心里其实偷偷地总觉着他们的实力没有
牌面上看上去那么的下狗。。。也许还是有点希望的。。。果然 ：)
刚刚看了高光，eagles各方面太均衡了，pass, rush, kicker, 荡气回肠啊这场比赛。
。。很像很久以前colts打出来的某一两场对pats的比赛，唯一的感觉就是全面，多点
开挂，少了其中任何一点都会功败垂成。。。尤其竟然还有qb接住的一个touchdown,真
的是太牛了。。。

Treadmill: 50 minutes
40分钟，心率控制在140-160之间。
对我来说，跑步的一个好处是比较容易知道自己的进展。昨天在同等速度下，心率比上
个星期慢了5-10。知道进展有助于坚持，即使体重没有变化。也许用什么方法并不是最
重要的，最重要的是consistency和perseverance吧。之后的一个月要开始教书，在
system change的时候一定不能把锻炼给扔了，我一定要坚持下去。 |

我也是二字班的学生干部,我的老乡就在物化二,真为他可耻. 贝志诚和他的北大同学在
这件事情上表现出来的义气和胆量,是丑陋的中国人最缺乏的,是在象牙塔中的清华学子
最缺乏的.
当年我从高中入清华,最感到震撼的,不是别的,而是清华人人为己的自私嘴脸. 这是从
上到下的. 因为是学生干部,所以接触到很多不同级别的人,上至党委书记下至普通学生
,都是一样的自私. 有些学生还美其名曰: 自我发展. 我深深震撼之余, 以为这就是
中国知识界的文化精髓,值得学习,所以我也积极地自我发展到了国外,惭愧. 十余年后
的今天,看着窗外的不夜城,回顾当年的投毒案, 感慨万千. 浩瀚中华,还有几个如当年
小贝般的好男儿?

今年对我盖来说，即是over achieve, 也是overrated：赛季初我盖作为Div-I里最最年
轻的球队，原来以为应该是常规赛季两到三败，结果一负宾州立，三次死里逃生(Wisc,
MSU, UM), 最后进PO，说是over achieve当不为过；但同时借助裁判因素才勉强险胜
UM, 借助印象分市场影响力挤掉宾州立进PO, 说是over rated也在情理之中。无论如何
，这个赛季走到这么远，我个人觉得已经没什么遗憾了。这场比赛虽然令人震惊地一边
倒，倒也没觉得有啥难过，毕竟比赛的基调在第一节就已经确定了，也没什么起伏跌宕
，有的只是一路往下跌，更深的跌。
想起市长刚来我盖时一段对队员讲话的视频，其中一段大致是这样，"I'm not here to
coach average..Why I want to be around average?" 不过说实话, 觉得市长自己现

Birch Bay is a small retirement town located at the US-Canada boarder on the
Pacific coast. Vancouver is on the north side of the bay. Victoria, the
capitol of BC, is on the southwest across the bay and small islands.
The race is a low profile local one, limited to 450 runners including 1/2
and full runners. It is usually not filled. It's organized by a local

1:35:36 for the 1st half, 1:44:30 for the 2nd half.
Vancouver Marathon is my home run and also it's my first marathon here 2
years ago.
The weather was super nice yesterday, sunny but not hot. I arrived the site
around 7am, and lined up for
washroom. 5 minutes before the starting time, I slipped into the crowd with
3:40 pace group.

Sometimes, I feel the way we treat tennis is consistent with how we live
life, the attitude, perseverance, pursuing perfection... how we accept
failure...(whining or accept it and keep on improving)
The way I see playing singles, one can:
. get more challenge than doubles (mentally, definitely)
. get more exercise
. get more solid games |
