简单说一下我知道的，复杂的话要挨个开专题了...
1. 房顶是什么材料，是否需要换了
(哪种材料好？哪种材料的不能选?)
一般的都是shingle的，看上去有不平整的，脱落的，裂开的，基本上就要换了。
有些房子用瓦片，比较高级。
2. 外墙是什么材料，多久需要清洗刷漆
(哪种材料好？哪种材料的不能选?)
最常见的是vinyl的，就是一片片塑料的，薄的便宜，厚的贵些，这个不用刷漆，容易
维护。
一些老房子用的铝的，那个时间长了会褪色，就需要刷漆。
还有一些房子用的木头的，那个经常要刷漆。
高级点儿的房子外面用的是砖或者石头。
3. deck是木头还是合成材料，维护的怎么样
(哪种材料好？哪种材料的不能选?)
我见过的好像都是木头的，偶尔有些栏杆用的塑料的。
4. 房子是否是popcorn ceiling，是否含有石棉材料
(房子最好是popcorn ceiling吗？为什么?)
popcorn ceiling就是表明不平整的那种天花板，有吸音的作用。也许以前流行过？我
看的房子里没这样的。 老房子里的popcorn ceiling很可能有石棉，要注意。

要正经修的话，你最好做好防护措施 - 把这个区间隔离起来。drywall本身不含石棉的
，是喷在上面的popcorn texture里含有石棉。你不去disturb popcorn ceiling的话，
住10年都没问题，但你现在的情况是已经被disturb了。而且如果你要进行切割的话，
就要更进一步大范围地disturb了，石棉是很细小的纤维，如果飘在空气里是很难清除
干净的，它被吸入到人的肺里是永远代谢不出去的，久而久之，就有可能癌变。
不管是你请人也好，自己DIY也好，家里会受石棉的污染，这个已经不可避免了。除非
你愿意出高价让专业对付石棉的contractor来弄。
做好drywall以后，你可以去HD买一小罐模仿popcorn ceiling的喷剂，干了以后，拿一
小块涂料到HD去配涂料，然后刷上去就可以了，肯定有色差，但你这在走道里暗暗的，
不仔细看看不出的。

是决定去看场电影。Carmike的电影平时都1块钱，到了周末就要3块钱，roomate开玩笑说
，哇，一模一样的电影平白被多收两块钱，实在划不来啊，于是我就豪情万丈的说，没关
系，姐姐我请你。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。反正也就3块钱（小声地；P）结果把ro
omate逗的大笑不止。
后来我们就在雨夹雪的天气下，开车去了差不多5个迈以外的carmike。别看今天天气恶劣
，廉价电影院里的人还很多呢，大家都高高兴兴的，买吃的买喝的，我们当然也不能示弱
，就算电影院里的popcorn和可乐都贵，而且我们从前也都没有看电影时吃吃喝喝的习惯
，不过为了随大流，我们还是高高兴兴地买了一小包popcorn和一小杯可乐。进了放映厅
看到人家都拿大盒大杯的，我们就互相鼓励说，没关系，虽然现在人家的popcorn是大包
的我们却只能afford小包的，人家每人一杯可乐我们只能两人share一杯，但以后，等咱
有了钱，要看电影可以包下整个放映厅，躺着看。：）））
